"I can help you go get the water? Cass is safe in here, it's dark and Erasers can't get up here. Not in the amount of time it out take us to go get the water anyways," he replied.
(It is, as long as it’s good with you. (Sorry about my forgetfulness. Just having a rough day))“Alright.” Faye agreed, thinking Cass would be safe enough for a short time. She got up and grabbed two of the empty water jugs. “Let’s go then. While she’s still asleep..”

He gave a quick glance over to Cass before walking to the edge of the cliff, letting himself fall over. He snapped open his wings a moment later, wincing from the pull, but he was fine.
(Alright, Thanks :)Faye checked on Cass again before following victor and falling off the edge of the cliff. She opened her wings to catch herself and flew down closer to the trees and towards the water. She tried to keep watch around them.

Victor followed her to where the lake was so they could get water, almost kinda glancing around, but not as much as Faye was. He figured they were relatively safe here, why would the Erasers stick around anyways? If they knew where they were, surely they would have come to find them by now, right?
Faye dove down near the water, keeping close watch. She handed one of the jugs over to victor, wanting to fill them quickly and get back to Cass before she woke up.

Victor went down with her, closing up his wings so he could get the water. He wasn't very good at hovering either like some of the older kids were. Taking the jug that was offered to him, he started filling it up, looking down at the ripples in the water.
Faye landed but kept her wings open as she filled the other jug. She bit her lip. “I hope the others get back soon.” She Mumbled faintly.

Victor looked at her, able to hear her words."They will as soon as they get them back. I don't think it should take much longer than 2 or 3 days. Shouldn't anyways," he replied to him, knowing that if it took longer than a week then that meant something went wrong.
“I know...” Faye said softly. “I just. I don’t like being the one in charge of keeping us safe and all that really..” She explained softly.

Victor tilted his head a bit at her words, feeling the jug fill up and he took it out of the water to place the cap on top."Why? You're doing a good job at it so far," she said to her, offering a small, cute smile.
Faye smiled softly and thanked him. “Well. That’s good. I’m just not comfortable with it. That’s why I prefer having nick here. Or Hailey. They’re just better at all this..” she shrugged.

Victor tilted his head the other way when she said that, biting his lip a little bit."So if the two of them ever split up, you would wanna go with Nick rather than Hailey?" he said suddenly, his shoulders slumping a bit.
Faye shrugged. “We’re not splitting up unless we were in serious danger. At which point, I’d follow Zar and whoever she wanted to be with. Why? Would you rather be with Hailey or nick?” She asked curiously.

Victor listened to her words, shrugging his shoulders and looking, just, really down. He opened his mouth to reply when he heard a rustle in the bushes. He perked up a bit and looked in the direction of the noise, looking around and listening attentively.
She bit her lip, not having intended to make him upset. Faye paused at the noise and quickly turned towards the source. She listened attentively, holding still. She glanced to victor, making sure he’d be ready to take off if needed.

Victor listened for a while and there was no noise that he was sure whatever it had been was now gone. But just as his shoulders were starting to relax, 4 Erasers jumped out of the bushes. He gasped and dropped the jug, turning to run, but there were already 2 of them on him. He was on the ground with him after all. The other 2 tried to get Faye while she was lowered to the ground, swiping at her legs with their claws.
Faye kicked out at the erasers as soon as they showed up, dropping the water jug she had. She dove down and grabbed one of the erasers off of Vic, shoving them into the water. She wasn't all that great at hand to hand combat but at least she had a knife with her. She grabbed it from her belt and lashed out at the eraser's hands/claws as they tried to grab her and pull her down.

Victor couldn't do much against two Erasers, he was a decent fighter, but not anywhere close to how Hailey and Nick were. He did manage, after Faye got one of them in the water, to kick the Eraser still in front of him in the private parts. As he bent over in pain, he continued to kick his legs until he got on his knees, then kicked him in the face, sending him falling back. Taking the chance, he turned and ran, opening up his wings and pushing up. One of them did get his feet though and held onto him."Let me go!" he yelled, trying to kick his arm off.
Faye did her best, focusing more on getting Victor out and away first. She kicked roughly at the eraser that grabbed her ankle before flapping hard and soaring up a bit. She turned and dove down, heading straight for the eraser holding Vic and tackling him to get him off Vic. As soon as the eraser fell, she jumped back into the air. “We gotta go! Come on.” She said, flying up high and making sure victor stayed with her.

Victor was working as much as he could to get the damn thing off of him, but he didn't seem to be letting up! Thankfully Faye came down and helped him and he zipped up quickly into the air after her."Yeah," he agreed with her words and flew with her, glancing down at the angry Erasers below them. They were gonna follow them, he already knew it...
Faye nodded and flew quickly toward the cave. “We’ll grab the backpacks and whatever essentials we can carry and then we’ll have to leave and eat o lose them” she told victor as they flew.

"C'mon. cover's blown. We gotta go," he said.
Faye landed quickly. She packed up their stuff, stuffing what food and stuff she could into their backpacks. She worked quickly and silently. Cass woke up groggily. “Uhh. What... Okay..” she mumbled sleepily. She rubbed her face and sat up.

"C'mon, stand up," Victor said to her, picking her up when she sat up and set her down on her feet. He was trying to assess the situation and figure out what was practical for them to take with them. The blankets and makeshift beds weren't important, food and water was better. So he started grabbing that stuff.
Cass stood up and in like 30 seconds, She was awake. She moved and quickly got her bag together, packing in food and water. “We can each take a blanket or two. Tuck them through the backpack straps and tie them around the backpack. It’ll be out of the way and not add too much weight.” She commented with a shrug. Faye nodded. “Good idea.” She grabbed a couple blankets and tied them around her backpack. She then lifted the duffel of their non perishable foods, making sure she could carry it.

Victor looked at Cass when she said that, it was like she had read his mind. It was a good idea and he took 2 blankets and tucked them through the straps of his backpack, continuing to pack after that until the backpack was full and he put it on.
Faye put on her backpack and picked up the duffel. “Can each of you carry a jug or two of water?” She asked them, heading closer to the mouth of the cave to keep watch. Cass nodded. She finished packing up and put her backpack on after she had the blankets tied to it. She went to grab the water.

Victor also nodded and went over, grabbing one of them and Cass could get the other. They were all decently strong, but trying to fly with full jugs of water was gonna put some strain on their wings and certainly make them sore. Even carrying this much, he was probably gonna feel it tomorrow.
Cass picked up her bag and jug, getting them settled on her back. She neared the cave mouth and opened her wings. Faye got everything that she could, keeping watch. “Vic, take the lead. Cass, you follow. I’ll follow so I can watch our backs.” She decided, looking around.

Victor nodded at her words and opened up his wings, taking a deep breath as he walked to the cliff edge. He dropped down from the cliff, falling before using his wings, beginning to ascend back up and he glanced behind to make sure the other two were following.
Cass followed quickly after him. She struggled a bit for s moment but figured out how to shift the weight of what all she carried to make it easier to handle. Faye quickly followed after them. She called directions out to victor, figuring they needed to go in the direction of where the others were, that being risky cause there might be more erasers but there was also Nick, Hailey and Hunt there to help

Victor listened to what Faye was calling out to him for and he went the direction that she told him to, trying to stay straight. Everything that he was carrying was weighing him down, but he was still able to stay up. It was just sure to get uncomfortable in a few hours.
Faye kept giving directions, having them loop around and backtrack a bit so following them would be harder. After about an hour, she started looking for a place where they could land and rest up for a bit.

After that hour went by, Victor was already struggling, though he was trying to keep his head up and ignore it. He was the "man" in the group right now and if those two were able to be holding on, he should be able to as well. Though a rest would be nice if they could take one. They were far away now.
Faye could see how much Vic and cass were struggling. “Just pick a spot in the trees Vic. Well land and regroup.” She called out to him, unable to deny that she was exhausted as well.

Victor heard Faye's words and breathed a sigh of relief, looking down for a good spot. There was a rather large tree below that had a lot of branches, but not too many leaves so he chose that one, going down and landing on one of the branches, trying to keep his balance, though he wobbled slightly upon first impact.
Faye followed them down, making sure cass landed on a branch first. She glanced between then both before landing on a lower branch. “Good job both of you. You did well with the weight and everything.” She complimented softly.

Once Victor was firmly on the branch, he set down the water jug he was carrying as well as took off his backpack, rolling his shoulders a bit."Think they'll find us? We went pretty far away," he asked Faye.
“I don’t think so. But we’re still gonna have to try and reach the others. We’re safer together as all of us..” Faye said softly, looking between him and cass. She set down her stuff and stretched. Cass landed on the branch and sat down, tiredly setting her stuff down and watching Faye and victor.

"Yeah, I'm just worried their gonna pass by us and head back that way. So we need to get to the School before they get Ace and Zar out," Victor said, yawning a bit and looking over at Cass,"Are you okay?" She had been woken up suddenly and then needed to fly for a long time after all.
“I know. But we’ve also gotta keep our strength up.” Faye commented. She was already brainstorming how they could lose some more weight and carry everything easier, especially for cass and Victor. Cass glanced at victor and nodded. “I’m fine..” she mumbled. “Just. Tired I guess.” She answered, not going to mention that she was scared. They couldn’t know she was scared. It was a waste of time and worry for everyone.

Faye nodded. She set her stuff down and sat down to take a breather and start figuring out what to do next for them. She had to keep them safe but they had to get to the others. Cass reaches and put her hand over victors for a moment, savoring the momentary comfort. She let go and yawned softly. “Well get to the others..” she assured softly.

"Yeah....I know," Victor said, though there was a bit of uncertainty in his voice. But he was trying to keep his head held as high as possible and just think happy thoughts. They would get to them and they'd get Ace and Zar back too.
Faye glanced over at victor and frowned. She regretted that they hadn’t all stuck together from the beginning. They would’ve been so much better off. She got back up and moved easily from branch to branch, picking up their bags and trying to think. Cass looked over at victor. “How long before we need to get moving again?” She asked, figuring they’d need to figure it out since they were the younger ones who would tire a bit quicker than Faye.
Victor sat a bit close to Faye, closer than he would with any of the other guys, and Zar, and shrugged his shoulders a bit at her words.
"I dunno, I guess I could," he replied, yawning, but he knew he wouldn't be able to sleep. He had a feeling it was just too much going on in his head, it had been so easy to fall asleep before cause he had just been that tired. But now? It was just him laying there.
