"Make it easier for us to find again if we happen to get lost," Hunt replied, taking his hand back. It was really kinda weird walking around with just the group of them, already missing Zar's presence. And not having a lanky ball of dark emotions looming over his shoulder was actually kinda a weird feeling too. But he was still royally pissed at Nick."They left? When?" Chasity was currently speaking on the phone to Cass, having called to see how everyone, especially Hailey, was holding up. Her and Nick had found a very small town with a gas station that had a phone booth outside of it. So while he went in to get them some food, she had called up the house.
Ace rubbed his hand gently as they walked together. "yeah, that too." He agreed with a slight smile. It didn't feel right to have so much of their flock missing but she tried her best to ignore it.Nick turned himself invisible before heading into the shop. They had some cash but he was trying to save it in case of an emergency so he opted to just use his abilities instead.
Cass held the phone to her ear, waving Zar over. "Yeah, they left yesterday.. Everyone except me, Victor and Zar." She explained faintly.

The group of them managed to get their way through the woods easily until they came to a park. Hailey, who still wasn't very fond of people despite the face that she had being staying with Ethan and his kids, tensed up a lot when she noticed people walking around."Okay...there might be maps along the street that should tell us where to go."Zar and Victor both came over when Cass motioned for them too, hearing that Chasity was on the phone.
"Well," Chasity groaned, shaking her head,"where did they go?"
"They went to go look for the Institute in Washington. That's where she and Nick had said they should head," Zar explained to her.
"Okay...," Chasity trailed off, scratching her head,"How was Hailey when she left? And Jayden, was he okay?"
Ace stayed at ease, frowning at how Hailey tensed. He wasn't a big fan of people either but tried to get over it. There were bigger issues to focus on. He nodded to her suggestion and looked around to try and spot a map or signs to point them to the library.Cass held the phone so they could all hear. "Hailey was quiet. She wouldn't eat." She admitted quietly. "But Jayden seemed like normal."
Nick came back a few minutes later while Chastity was still on the phone. He appeared near her though didn't try to listen in too much on the conversation. He wanted to check on them all but figured they all wanted nothing to do with him.

"Maybe over on the main street, I think we can get there that way?" Hunt said, pointing to what looked like the entrance to the park.Hailey nodded at the suggestion and started in that direction, migrating over to where Faye and Jayden were walking together. Normally when in town she would walk right next to Nick, however that was not a option anymore.
"I don't blame her," Chasity said with a frown, seeing Nick heading back her way,"At least Jayden seemed okay."
"I can give you the phone number to the phone Ethan gave her if you want," Zar said, looking at the phone numbers the girls had.
"Yeah, okay," Chasity said, taking down that number. She spoke to them for a little bit longer before she hung up the phone and turned to face Nick."Sorry, didn't mean to take that long."
Faye smiled gently at Hailey and walked by her. It definitely messed things up to not have their whole flock around. Things just were off and they didn't have their typical buddy system.Cass talked a bit more with her until she hung up.
Nick stood aside and waited patiently as Chastity talked with them. "No worries. I'm glad you're checking up on them." He mumbled quietly.

Hailey walked with them all to the main street, looking around a little bit to find a sign of some sort."Nothing right here. Let's go down the street.""We could ask someone?" Hunt suggested with a shrug, knowing Hailey would rather none of them talk to strangers.
Chasity nodded her head slightly, silent for a moment before she spoke up about what she had been talking to Cass about."They left. Went to Washington, left the two kids and Zar at the house with Ethan. Zar said they wanted to find the Institute."
Ace nodded. He looked around for someone who seemed somewhat friendly looking before letting go of Hunt’s hand and walking up to someone. “Hi there. Could you tell me where the library is?” He asked politely. Nick frowned. “Well. What do we do then? Do we continue with our plan to take out the smaller bases around here or do we follow them to the institute?” He asked quietly, letting her decide

Hailey was going to shut down Hunt's idea, of course because stranger danger. She frowned when Ace just walked off to go talk to someone and she rubbed her forehead. She was sure not everyone was a psycho, but still!!The guy in question looked up when Ace came to him and nodded, pointing down the street."Go down here until you see Lincoln, take a left down that street, go all the way down and it'll be right in front of you when you get to the main street that way."
Chasity shrugged her shoulders, this was Nick's little adventure, she wasn't gonna tell him what to do or not to do."Up to you, whatever you think is best. I'm just here to follow you around."
Ace nodded. He offered the guy a smile and thanked him before catching up with the others. He relayed the directions to the others as they all started walking there. Nick sighed softly. “I’m asking you though. It’s not fair of me to just drag you around wherever I think best when I’m not all that sure what I’m doing lately..”

Hailey waited for Ace to come back over and she gave him a little poke in the shoulder."Warn me before you go off and talk to strangers.""Well she's taking her 'mama bear' role again so she must be feeling a little better," Hunt whispered to Faye, smiling a bit. It was just funny how protective Hailey was over what the rest of them did.
"It's totally fair because that's literally all I'm here for. So what do you wanna do?" Chasity asked.
Ace rolled his eyes. “If I did that, you would’ve gone all mama bear and not have let me. Besides, they were perfectly friendly and polite.” He assured her with a sweet smile. Faye smiled and nodded. “That’s progress for sure.” She agreed quietly, glancing up at Ace and Hailey.
Nick groaned. “I want you to actually give me your opinion on this so I don’t drag you into something you never wanted to do.” He told her quietly.

"Exactly. If you know I would never let you do it, how about you not do it," Hailey said, ruffling his hair a little bit. Yeah yeah, nothing bad came of it, nothing exploded. Still...."It's certainly something. Now we just need to get her to eat a full meal and sleep," Hunt said. She hardly ate breakfast and for dinner last night, she ate a bowl of rice with nothing else...Not good.
"I'm already doing that Nick. I didn't want to leave, but I did because someone needed to help you and make sure you didn't get killed," Chasity said with a shrug,"You want my opinion? You should've never left in the first place and absolutely we should go and meet up with them instead."
Ace rolled his eyes. “We can’t be afraid of everyone. It’s gonna make this a lot more difficult. We’ve gotta take some risks. They’ve turned out good so far.” He told her.Faye nodded. “Yeah. That would certainly help..” she agreed quietly.
“Nobody needed to babysit me. I can handle myself and protect my family.” Nick mumbled. “but okay. We can eat and we’ll head towards Washington. There’s one small place I want to check out on the way though.” He conceded.

She found the street the guy had mentioned and turned down it just like he had instructed, heading that way, Hunt and the others following her.Chasity sighed, not even going to continue arguing with him about that part. He could not do it alone..."Are you sure that's what you wanna do? You're not gonna piss and groan about them not staying where you wanted them to once we get there and they should go back to Ethans? Cause that's not fair to any of them if that's what you end up doing." Especially Hailey...she thought that part though, didn't actually say it.
Ace sighed. “Just have a bit of faith. The universe isn’t completely out to destroy us quite yet.” He assured. He walked beside her, looking around the town. “No. I couldn’t force them to stay anywhere. But I left to protect them. It’s not like I was going to be gone for good or anything.” Nick reasoned quietly. “And I know I hurt them. I hate that too but everything in me was saying this was right...”

"Don't say that, a meteor might come and drop on your head," Hunt said to Ace, listening in on their conversation."Well, it wasn't," Chasity said, moving away from the phone booth,"Lets just go and do what you said you wanted to get done and get our butts over to Washington. I just hope they stay there long enough for us to get there." She might give Hailey's cell a call and tell her to stay where she was...
Ace chuckled a bit. “That’s why I’ve got you hunt. You’ll protect me from falling meteors, right?” He asked happily, looking over at him. “Then you should’ve just let me go alone.” He muttered. He offered her some of the food he’d gotten as he headed back out of town so they could take off and get moving.

"Of course I will darling," Hunt said in an overly sweet voice."Oh God, stop," Hailey said, shaking her head and chuckling. They were a bunch of weirdos...but it was refreshing to hear them like that. She needed some kinda entertainment.
Chasity frowned at her words, fighting back the urge to curse at him. He was so infuriating! She did take the food from him and followed him, eating it along the way.
(( So I actually made two different characters for a separate Maximum Ride RP I'm going and I think it would be cool to bring them in if you want? (: they're both guys and, if you want, I was thinking Chasity and Nick could find one of them and for the other guy, maybe he could be how Hailey gets out of there and maybe even be a love rival kinda, like how Dylan was you know? But that's only if you want of course haha and if you have another character you wanna bring in, you can! ))
“Aww. Thanks babe.” Ace smiled brightly. “And I don’t feel like stopping. It’s my job to tease him. And you. And everyone.” He reminded her. Nick quietly headed towards out of town, eating a little bit of the food despite not being very hungry. He kept a close watch around them to make sure they were safe.

One or two would work, I feel like maybe your characters could also be good for Hailey to find when she gets kidnapped, maybe it's like a little Flock of 3 there and she works with them to get herself, and them, out? Chasity also ate the food that Nick got them, actually quite hungry."Where are we going? That cabin you mentioned?" That had been where they had planned on going anyways.

Nick nodded, explaining a bit more about what was supposed to be there.

(( Mhhh, up to you! (: I'm gonna have one of the guys be gay and the other be bisexual, in case any romance does blossom between the new characters haha as far as age, my gay boy is 18 and the my bi boy is 20, but I think I'm gonna drop that down to 18 too. ))Hailey was glad that they had made it there, not excited about the needing to be around other people in there, but excited to hopefully be finding something better out about the Institute."Cool, let's go." She headed up the many, many steps to the entrance.
Chasity listened to his words and nodded, pointing to the woods."It's that way right? Wanna fly the rest of the way there?"
(Okay! Sounds good. I’m thinking maybe one guy and one girl then? Probably 17-18 ish?)Ace followed her along with the others, dropping back slightly so he could be next to hunt again. He figured they’d end up sticking together just to be safe.
Nick nodded slightly. He looked around to make sure they were in a good place before opening his wings so they could take off.

(( Yeah that sounds good! :D so here are my two boys!(view spoiler)
So I based Riggs mostly off of Hailey, so he's kinda like the little leader of their group and Mason basically just grew up without anybody in a different location of the School (: ))
Hunt was just fine when Ace came closer to him, taking his hand gently and smiling at him."You're cute."
"Gag me," Hailey said when she heard Hunt, opening up the doors and letting the others go in first before she followed. At least it was nice and cool in here.
Chasity followed along with Nick, opening up her own wings when there was enough cover. She took off after a second into the air and above the trees, not too much though. She had opted to change out of her dress into clothes Hailey had given her instead (shorts and a t-shirt) and she had to admit it was a little odd not wearing a dress. She was so use to doing so.
((Oooh. I like them. (Also, Riggs’ face claim would be Lucky Blue Smith I’m pretty sure)) I’ll send mine in just a few.) Ace took his hand gently, rolling his eyes at Hailey’s comment.
Faye walked in with Jayden, smiling as she saw him relax in the cool air.
Nick took off easily and started flying. He trusted that chastity would catch up and keep pace with his fast flying.

She wasn't very good with the whole computer stuff, but knew Hunt and Ace were.
Chasity was fine going at his pace, she was a pretty fact flier like Nick and Hailey were.

It didn't take too long for Chasity and Nick to get to the cabin, not right on top of it though of course. Didn't wanna reveal that they were there."Okay, so what, just take out the guys in there?"

Ace headed to find a computer with Hunt. He saw an open one near a fire exit and headed there so they’d have a quick escape if necessary.
“I was thinking getting more info from them first. They work with the school. I’ve seen different trucks coming in and out.” He admitted softly.

"When I came here, they were using this as a way to track you guys. From the sounds of it, they're still trying to. They know the others left the cabin," Chasity said, seeing who she would be able to control in here,"I've never been able to control the Erasers. I can keep down the 2 doctors and the other guy in there, so we just have to worry about the Erasers."
Nick nodded. “Well. I can handle the erasers, especially if I lure them out. So this’ll work.” He assured. “Let’s find a good spot to land and we can approach from the ground? Or at least I can.” He suggested to her.

"Sounds fine to me," Chasity said, looking down and finding an acceptable place to land. She closed her wings once she was down there, looking at Nick."How do you wanna do this?"
Nick closed his wings and grabbed some weapons from his bag before setting it down where he’d be able to get to it later. “It’ll be best if you can control the doctors and such inside. Would you be able to order them to tell the erasers to step outside do you think?”

"Yeah I can do that, no problem," Chasity said, focusing her attention on the doctors. It took her a moment but from inside the cabin, you could hear one of the doctors telling the Erasers to go outside cause they heard something. Only a moment later, all 3 Erasers came out and started looking around.
Nick took a breath and let himself disappear before heading quickly towards to the Erasers. He guessed they’d be able to smell him but hoped he could kill one first before they could get ahold of him.

Thankfully the wind was on Nick's side, it was blowing in the opposite direction for them to pick up his scent. Chasity stayed where she was go Nick could do his thing, keeping his hold on the doctors and, also, still trying to figure out what was up with the other person in there.
Nick was able to grab and slit the throat of the first eraser before he got noticed. He stayed invisible as the first one cried out and crumpled to the ground, immediately trying to attack the second eraser that turned to him.

Chasity watched as Nick did this, wincing a little bit as he took down the Eraser. He was probably the only one out of the Flock that was comfortable with actually killing them it seemed. The other fights she had witnessed, Hailey and Hunt and everyone else had just knocked them out. She came out of the bushes however did not go to help him, knowing he could handle it.The other two Erasers turned and tried taking swings at Nick once they realized he was there.
Nick used his abilities, appearing for moments before disappearing again. He was taunting the erasers a bit in doing so but their confusion helped him fight them off. He opted to kill them instead of knocking them out so they couldn’t come back at him.

"Son of a," one of the Erasers cursed as he was trying to figure out where Nick was. He seemed to noticed Chasity though and he growled."You fucking bitch." He and the other one started over to her.Chasity looked at them when they came over, shrugging her shoulders and not even worried at all about needing to fight. They were concentrated on her now so it make Nick's job easier to get them.
Nick grabbed the second eraser and slit their throat before going for the third. He appeared Behind them and yanked them back before they could get close to chastity. He cut their throat as well, not liking the blood that had gotten on his arms. He wiped the knife off and glanced to chastity to make sure she was okay.

The Erasers didn't even have a chance to make it over to Chasity, being taken down by Nick easily. So Chasity was fine, she just had a slight look of disgust on her face from all the blood. It needed to be done she supposed."Lets go inside, see what we see."
Nick wiped the blood off his arms, making it a bit less obvious all over him. He didn’t even mind killing the erasers any more, it felt necessary to protect himself and everyone else. He nodded and followed after chastity.
"That would be the easiest solution, surely," Hunt said with a nod, beginning to walk in the direction to town once everyone was good to go and wings were covered up.
(( Do you also wanna do some with Chasity and Nick, maybe they take down a cabin that some Erasers are at so they can get some info? (: ))
