"Yeah and I dunno where in the hell he got that idea from," Hunt said, shaking his head,"I agree with you though. Like yeah it's cool to have one person make a decision, but that decision should be based on what everyone else wants too. Just gotta leave to speak up and say what we want and need."Hailey let Zar rest on her like that, not saying anything or moving really. Just kinda let it happen.
Ace nodded. “We’ll get Faye and Zar on board and then mention it to Hailey. I doubt she’ll mind considering everything going on.”Faye moved close and hugged both girls gently, closing her eyes for a moment. “You can get some sleep. I know you’ve been up most of the night.” She suggested.

"Right right, okay," Hunt said, shaking his head. This was all such a damn mess now. He thought things were going to start looking up once everyone got back together and got in a good spot and now this crap...Hailey, again, didn't really react when she was hugged, just kinda let it happen. She did not at her suggestion though and, with Zar and Faye's help, got tucked into the bed so she could try to get some rest.
Ace shifted closer to hunt. “It’ll be alright.” He assured. “It’s all ducked up but it’s gotta work out eventually.” He added, trying to convince himself as well. Faye helped get Hailey tucked in before stepping out of the room with Zar. “Should we try and talk to nick since she won’t? See if we can fix this?” She asked quietly.

"Yeah I know. It just sucks that this is going on, ya know? I thought everything would be okay finally, but it's not. It's worse," Hunt said with a shake of his head, sitting on the armrest next to Ace.Zar followed her out, looking at her and sighing a bit."I don't know, I don't think any of us can convince him. Maybe....it's something that he has to do. Try and do. And then he'll realize that it was the wrong thing to do and come back."
“Right. It is worse. But it should get better after this. I gotta keep faith in that.” He reasoned quietly. Ace snuggled close to him to offer some comfort. Faye shrugged. “But in letting him go, we lose Hailey too. We get this cold shell of her.” She commented. “And he might not come back. He could get captured or killed or just disappear. That’s not what future we should have, any of us.” She frowned and tried to sort out a solution.

"Yep, that's all we can do," Hunt sighed, moving his arm so it was around Ace as well."I know that and I don't want that. I want Nick to stay here, I want all of us together and happy. I just don't know if we can have that right now. I don't think Nick can be convinced not to leave, and I also don't think Hailey can be convinced to talk to him about not leaving," Zar said, looking down at the floor in sadness. She didn't want any of this happening, but she didn't know what to do to help it.
Ace snuggled close. He glanced at Chastity. “Any way you can use your powers and make him stay?”Faye shrugged and hugged her close. “I dunno. But I’ll try. We can’t let this happen without a fight.” She commented softly, glancing at her.

Chasity looked at Ace when she asked him that, chuckling a little bit."Of course I can, I can make him stay, but I can't make him change his mind about whether or not to stay."Zar nodded and hugged her back, resting her head on her shoulder to snuggle a little bit.
“Then could you? Just make him stay for a few days? By then we’ll be able to convince him to actually want to stay.” Ace asked. “I know we asked you not to use that stuff on us but we can’t lose him..”Faye rubbed her back gently and stayed close. “It’ll work out.”

Chasity's face dropped a little when Ace asked that, sighing."I thought you were kidding...Look, I don't want to make anyone do anything anymore. I mean if it was life or death, yeah. But I think this is something Nick needs to figure out. He'll come back pretty quick when he realizes he messed up."
“But what if he doesn’t even survive long enough to make it back?” Ace questioned softly. He didn’t want to manipulate Nick but he knew that Hailey and all of them would struggle without him.

Ace shrugged slightly. “Maybe that would work. It’s worth a shot at least.” He agreed quietly. He glanced to hunt, wondering what he thought of this all.

Hunt frowned at their words, rubbing his forehead."I dont want wither of you to go...But I guess of hes gonna go, I would rather someone with him."Chasity nodded at their words, running her fingers through her hair. She didn't really wanna go hunting after the School after she just got away from them, but she wouldn't let Nick go alone."Okay. We'll see how he feels when he wakes up and if he still wants to go, I'll tell him only if I go with him."
Ace nodded. “Be careful then. He may try and ditch you or something..” he cautioned quietly. “Thank you though. For helping us and trying to keep an eye on him..”

(( Yeah we can do that! I dont think the others would stay at the house honestly, like Victor and Cass could since they're the youngest. Maybe the rest of them could go out in searching for info about the Institude and while they do that, Hailey gets captured? She manages to get away but not before they impregnate her? And once she figures out what happened they could go back to the house and that's when news gets to Chasity? What do you think? (: or they could all stay at the house, but the same kinda thing happens and Hailey gets caught, blah blah blah lol ))

(( Of course! (: ))Later on that night and Hailey was still locked up in the room. Hunt had gone to try and talk to her a few hours earlier, but nothing came of that. So now everyone except her and Nick were hanging out in the living room trying to preoccupy themselves.
Chasity was sat next to Jayden as she watched the show that was on the t.v and she offered the bag of chips to him."Want some?"
Nick had slept for a while. When he woke, he quietly packed up his essentials and slung his bag over his shoulder. He headed downstairs, planning on just slipping outside without really saying goodbye.Jayden shook his head. "No.. Thank you though."

Chasity nodded and took the bag away from him, reaching in and grabbing another for herself. She caught Nick's thoughts after a second, having been trying to keep up with them. She frowned at what she got from him and looked over her shoulder in the direction of the hallway he would need to come down."Nick I know what you're trying to do."Hunt looked up when Chasity mentioned Nick, adjusting so he would be able to see him coming down the hallway and he glared when he saw him."Seriously? Sneaking out?! Isn't that something we should be trying to do at our age, not you?"
Jayden glanced over when Chastity spoke up, not really wanting her to leave.Nick rolled his eyes. "You guys said it didn't matter if I left, so yeah. I'm leaving. Not sneaking out." He told Hunt, setting his bag by the door and glancing at them all. "It's not like there's much to say."

"Without even saying goodbye? Leaving on those terms with us, that's your good idea? You are a different kind of fucked up man," Hunt said, still glaring. He was pissed off."And I did not say it doesn't matter if you left! I don't want you to man, none of us do!" Well he was kinda changing his mind about the whole thing with the way Nick was acting about it..."What about Hailey?" Zar said from her spot, looking at Nick as well with sad eyes,"You weren't even gonna say goodbye to her at least?"
Nick glared at Hunt. "I wasn't going to not say goodbye. I was just gonna set my stuff down. I don't appreciate you constantly attacking me like you want to fight." He said calmly. "I'm just trying to protect us all by doing what I can." He looked to Zar and his gaze softened a bit. "I stopped by her room. She's sleeping. I left her a note." He said quietly. "I don't want to upset her, and she doesn't want to see me anyways."

Normally she wasn't one to curse, or really talk back to anyone in the group, but that wasn't right at all. None of this was."So you're leaving? There's nothing we can do to change your mind?" Chasity asked from her spot on the couch.
“Then hate me. It’s okay. I get it. I just. I’ve gotta do this.” He mumbled. He glanced between them all. “I can’t sit still here. I’ve been trying to but it’s just making things worse. So yeah, I’m still gonna leave.” He said quietly.

But I'm coming with you and don't even try to tell me no Nick, cause I'm gonna do it whether you like it or not."Hunt scoffed, not at the fact that Chasity was gonna go with them, they already made that decision. Just this whole thing was just too much for him."I can't be around you no more. Go ahead and get the fuck outta here." He left the house then out the front door, going to go cool out on the porch.
Nick sighed. “No. You just got out. You deserve the rest and peace from this all.” He told Chastity, arguing even though he told her not to. He glanced to hunt and watched him go. He understood Hunt’s hate for him but that didn’t mean that it didn’t sting a bit.

So it makes sense I go with you to watch your back," Chasity said with a shrug of her shoulders, not taking no for an answer. One thing her and Hailey had in common was their stubbornness that's for sure.
Nick sighed. “Fine. Let’s get going then.” He mumbled softly. He didn’t want her to have to come with but he understood her reasoning why not to let him go alone. He grabbed his bag and waited for her.

She did catch something as she turned back to Nick though and she looked, seeing Hailey standing outside the bedroom door. And she didn't exactly look the best, pale, puffy eyes, yeah. Pretty broken and beat down."Hailey," Zar immediately got up and went over to her side, putting a hand on her back.
“I’ll be okay.” Jayden promised her softly. Nick saw Hailey and quietly came over to her. “I’m sorry.” He told her faintly. “But I’ll be back. Okay?” She mumbled quietly. He kept a bit of distance between them though.

Hailey looked at Nick when he came over closer to her, sniffling a bit. She had just recently been crying. Instead of saying anything to Nick, she moved right past him and Zar and went over to Chasity instead, handing her a bag."We haven't been able to get you any new clothes. I put some of mine in there for you." She kept her voice very soft, not wanting it to fail her.Chasity took the backpack from her slowly and nodded, reaching and putting a hand on her shoulder."I won't let anything bad happen to him. I promise."
Hailey sniffled when she was touched and nodded her head, wiping a single tear that managed to go down her cheek,
Nick stepped back when Hailey avoided him, not saying anything. He went back to the door and waited. He watched Hailey, feeling like his heart was being ripped out but his mind kept telling him that this was right. He was supposed to go and help protect his family from afar.
Hailey shook her head as Faye was talking, not wanting to talk to him anymore honestly. She was just tired of it.
Zar could see how this was effecting her and she sighed heavily, putting an arm around her and leaning her head against her shoulder."Everything will turn out okay. Even if Nick does leave, it'll be okay."
