Hailey sighed, not arguing as she got up and sat down where she had been before. She rubbed her arms a little bit, having goosebumps from the cold.

Nick opened his eyes after a few. He got up, noticing her running her arms, and went to get her another layer. He dug through his stuff that had been left behind, finding a long sleeve shirt and bringing it over to her. “Here..”

Hailey looked up at him when he came over again, sighing and taking it with a small thanks. She slipped it on, moving her hair back out afterwards.

Nick nodded slightly. He sat back across from her and fell quiet again. He kept watch with her for the rest of the night, thinking they were going to hopefully be okay.

Hailey stayed awake most of the night, falling asleep about an hour before the sun came up. She woke up then, looking around a bit in confusion. She hadn't meant to fall asleep.

Nick kept watch, noticing her fall asleep. He left her alone until she woke up. “It’s alright..” he assured faintly.

Faye was awake by the time the sun came up, going through the supplies that they’d left there before to see what they could/should take with them.

Hailey looked over at him, not saying anything however. She stood up and a small sigh, going over to Jayden and Chasity. She gave their shoulders a small shake to wake them up.

Chasity woke up when she was touched, lifting her head up to look around."I'm awake, I'm up."

Jayden shifted and blinked awake. “I’m up.” He agreed quietly. He got up and stretched after a minute, glancing between them all. “So now what?” He asked quietly, unsure what their plan was.

Faye brought some of the supplies over to them all, glancing at Hailey.

Hailey looked at them once they were awake, running her fingers through her hair to get out some of the tangles."We're gonna go to the cabin we were staying at before, checking it out really quick, it's not too far from here. Then go to the other one where we last left our group, hopefully their still there."

Chasity listened to the plan and nodded, slowly standing up. She was sore still but at least she wasn't dead tired anymore.

Jayden nodded slightly. He glanced around at them all, just waiting quietly for whatever they said to do.

Nick got up and joined them after a moment. He helped Faye gather what supplies to take with them, keeping mostly quiet.

Nick took one of the bags and Faye took the other, having condensed the stuff down so they wouldn’t have to carry much. He glanced at the others.

Jayden nodded. “Yeah. And I’m ready to get moving.” He assured softly. He shifted on his feet.

Hailey nodded, looking at Faye and Nick to see if they were ready."Let's go then." She went to the front of the cave and took off, keeping her wings folded in. She was actually kinda getting use to flying without them, as weird as that sounded...

Chasity followed, letting Jayden and Faye go first before she went. She was just a little shaky at first, but she was alright a moment later.

Jayden and Faye took off after Hailey. Faye frowned at how she didn’t use her wings but left it alone. Her powers had gotten much stronger for sure.

Nick made sure the fire was out before following after them all. He stayed back a bit, more separate than usual.

Hailey flew on front of them all, glancing back on occasion to make sure everyone was okay. One thing she had to give her powers props for was she was a lot more flexible flying without needing to use her wings. She could move a lot easier and quicker. She kept her gaze down as she looked out for the cabin, wondering if anyone would be there.

Brandie had heard from Ethan about some of the flock being taken but ace had been adamant that they’d come back so she decided to go to the cabin they’d stayed at first. She figured she could get all the stuff together for the others and also just hang around to see if they came back soon. Her car was parked in front of the house and she was inside.

Nick stayed behind them all. He kept close watch around them in case of anyone following them or anything else unusual.

It wasn't much longer before they made it to the cabin, Hailey landing down with the others. He noticed a car there that hadn't been there before, though she wasn't sure who it belonged to. Biting her lip, she cleared her throat."Ethan? Brandie?" She called out from outside, not wanting to go in there if someone from the School was there.

Chasity landed when Hailey did, going over and standing by Jayden. She kept mostly silent, not wanting to say or so something stupid to get them mad at her.

Brandie had opened some of the windows, cleaning the cabin a bit to keep busy. She heard Hailey’s voice and sighed in relief. “Yeah. It’s Brandie.” She called out before coming out of the house and looking them all over.

Nick landed after the others did, staying back to let Hailey talk to Brandie.

Chasity looked at the other girl when she came out, wondering what the relation of them to her was. She seemed pretty chummy with Hailey, considering Hailey went right up and hugged her.

Brandie hugged her. “Ethan texted. Said you Guys went to him for help. And then that three of you had been taken. Ace had said you’d be back too. But I figured I’d come here and gather some of the stuff to take to the others since you all had to flee pretty quickly.” She explained. “They’re all still with Ethan. And are okay. They’re all okay.” she assured.

Nick glanced to chastity and Jayden.

Faye went up to Hailey and Brandie, listening to them talk.

Faye glanced at Chastity. “That’s Brandie. She knows about us, she’s helped us patch nick up when he was dying. Her and her brother have been helping us since with a roof over our heads and food and whatever else.” She explained softly to them.

Chasity listened to her, nodding after that."I'm surprised ant outsider would be okay with people like us and not totally be freaked."

It wasn't too long of a trip, Hailey flew silently with Nick, keeping some distance between the two of them. Once they house was in view she dropped down a bit so landing was easier.

Zar was currently outside on the roof, she had been practically living up there for the 4 days since they were gone, only ocassionly coming down to eat or when Ace made her take a nap. She furrowed her eyebrows she saw someone flying towards them, standing up.

Nick flew up high, keeping an eye on the car and around them to make sure everything was alright. He didn’t know how the others would handle Jayden and Chastity with them, knowing he’d probably have to prevent a fight.

Faye fidgeted a bit as they got closer to the house, wanting to see the others. Especially Zar. She had to make sure she was okay.
