Ace nodded slightly. "So we'll have to probably figure that out soon. I dunno, not really our problem honestly." He commented.

Faye landed with Cass who nearly fell but Faye easily helped catch her. She looked around and smiled. "You can go with Vic, just be careful." She assured.
Cass thanked her and headed over to Vic, "Come on!"

"Yeah I suppose," Hunt replied, sighing softly,"I do wish we could just go back home though...Even though I know it isn't a good idea."

Victor nodded and went off to play with Cass.

"I'm gonna go start on these," Hailey told the other two girls, moving over to the lake with the bag of their clothes as well as the container of laundry detergent they were able to keep around. They needed to stay somewhat presentable after all.

Ace shrugged. “It’s been long enough that I doubt they’d look for us there again honestly..” he commented, shrugging at him.

Cass happily went to go play.

“Want some help?” Faye offered, not wanting Hailey to have to do all the chores. Plus Zar had already taken care of breakfast so it was only fair for her to do something too.

"You have a good point there. It was just...the best. It was in the best possible spot," Hunt replied with a sigh," Nick and Hailey will never let us go back there again though, which stinks."

"Sure," Hailey accepted her offer as she started laying everything out, categorizing them by what type of clothing they were. She'd do which ones belonged to which person later.

Zar also went over to help, keeping an eye on the children of course.

Ace shrugged. "We can try to convince them." He suggested, keeping his mouth shut about the idea of them just going there to see if it was safe on their own.

Faye nodded, coming over and helping sort all of the clothes. She knew Hailey's system for doing it so it was easy to help out. She looked at Zar. "We got this, maybe take a break and play with them?" She suggested gently.

"Maybe," Hunt replied, not wanting to start any more arguments with the two of them anytime soon tough. Maybe some other time he would bring it up...

"Are you sure?" Zar asked, blinking at her.

"Yeah Zar, you go ahead and play with the kids," Hailey said, offering her a smile.

Ace shrugged, "Just an idea." He commented, continuing to walk with him. "Neither of them are very good at listening to ideas sometimes.."

Faye nodded. "Yes, you handled breakfast today. It's only fair for us to do some of the work too. Besides, it's fun, you need it." She assured her.

"No they aren't particularly," Hunt agreed with a small chuckle. He was sure everyone in the Flock would be able to agree that Hailey and Nick were tough at that sometimes.

Zar nodded a bit when she said this.
"Alright...," she replied and just went off in the direction of the children, not quite playing with them as she more so was just watching. She wasn't a very playful person after all.

"She's gonna have to get use to playful children eventually," Hailey said as she watched her for a moment, smiling before reaching for the pile of pants and shorts they had gathered, beginning to wash them one by one in the lake.

Ace shrugged slightly. "I mean, it made sense when we were younger, but not so much nowadays." He added, leaning his head on Hunt's shoulder as they walked.

Faye nodded slightly and kept helping Hailey. "Yeah.. I dunno if that'll ever happen. She trusts Ace a bit now, after whatever happened with the School." She commented faintly, grabbing some of the pants to wash.

"Yeah I mean you and I aren't that far off from Nick and Hailey in age anyways," Hunt replied with a shrug. Nick was the oldest, then Hailey, then Ace then Hunt and Zar. Not too much off if you asked Hunt.

"Yeah, never saw that coming," Hailey replied. Zar has only ever been comfortable with Faye after all, and Hailey once she realized she was a big part in keeping her alive. Well, and she was a girl, unlike Nick who also played a big part in keeping her alive, but he was a guy so...yeah.

Ace nodded. “Just a couple years apart.” He agreed quietly. “Well try and talk to them about it later maybe..”he kept walking with him.

Faye nodded slightly. “Yeah. Its a good start.” She agreed. “Hopefully in a bit more time, she’ll start trusting all the guys. At least the ones in our family.” She shrugged.

"Yeah, okay," Hunt replied, looking at him and he kissed his forehead gently,"Wanna head back?"

"Yeah maybe," Hailey replied, looking away from Zar and the kids and instead back down at what she was doing. This wasn't as effective as a washing machine, but it held its own at times like this, when their clothes were filthy.

Ace smiled a bit at the gentle kiss, staying close to him. "Only if you're ready to. If not, we can stay out a bit longer." He offered gently. He kissed Hunt's cheek lightly.

Faye shrugged. "I hope so.. but we'll see." She said faintly. She focused back on getting all the clothes washed, debating asking Hailey if they were going to try and find or get another house or what to do. She was tired of running.

"If you keep on giving me kisses you're gonna make me not wanna go back," Hunt replied with a chuckle, returning the kiss on his cheek with a kiss to Ace's, smiling brightly at him. He felt so much better around Ace, though he almost always did.

Hailey nodded, finishing with the pants she was working on and setting it aside before grabbing another. Halfway through cleaning this one she felt a pain in her head and she frowned, shaking her head a bit.

Ace rolled his eyes. "well then stop giving me kisses so I don't have to keep giving them back!" He teased, grinning at him. He wrapped his arms around him and stayed close.

Faye quietly washed the shirts she was working on, glancing over at Hailey when she frowned and shook her head. "What's up? You alright?" She asked softly, worried.

"I can't help it! You're just so darn cute," Hunt replied, nuzzling his nose against his before moving his head back a bit. He did start heading back the way of camp though, figuring they shouldn't stay out too long.

Hailey looked at Faye when she asked this and nodded her head.
"Yeah just a little headache I guess," she grumbled, it persisting right on her forehead. It was really uncomfortable and she frowned deeper feeling it.

“So are you.” Ace smiled and let go of Hunt, staying close by his side as they walked back to camp together. He was glad to be able to help Hunt settle down, hating seeing him upset.

Faye frowned slightly, keeping a close eye on her. “Maybe just go sit for a minute? We’ve got pain medicine too. That might help.” She suggested, worried about her possibly passing out or something.

"Thanks, I know," Hunt replied with a wink, holding his hand as they headed back towards camp.

"Nah it's alright. If it gets worse I'll take a break," Hailey replied with an annoyed sounding sigh, not at Faye though, at her own pain. She wondered for a moment if it was part of the getting new powers things and made a note to ask Nick if he got these too when his started coming out.

Ace rubbed his hand gently as they walked. He frowned slightly at the empty clearing where everyone had been a bit ago, looking around to see if there was a note. It didn’t seem like they’d ran or been dragged out of there so he didn’t worry.

Faye nodded slightly. “Alright..” she agreed softly, not going to push her. Hailey knew her limits and could handle herself so Faye just focused back on taking care of the wash, laying the clean clothes out so they could dry.

Hunt was also confused when they came back and no one was there, raising an eye. He walked further though, seeing the note that had been felt and he felt his shoulders relax.
"They just went down to that park I found yesterday," he informed Ace.

Ace followed after him. He glanced at the note before nodding. “alright. I guess we should head down there then?” He suggested though he wouldn’t mind if Hunt just wanted to stay there with it being just them.

"Do you wanna go?" Hunt asked, wanting to do what Ace wanted as well. He was fine either way too cause even if they didn't go now, he would make his way down there at some point to check it out.

“Sure.” Ace shrugged slightly. “As long as you want to.” He added, wanting to make sure it was what he wanted too. He figured they’d end up spending most of the day there so it was alright if Hunt didn’t want to go yet. They could always go later and catch up with the others though he figured Hailey would probably freak out after a bit if they didn’t turn up.

Hunt thought about it for a moment before nodding.
"Yeah let's go," he replied, not really wanting to be here when Nick came back anyways. He pecked Ace's lips gently before taking a few steps back, opening up his wings and heading up in the air. Ace didn't know where it was after all so he would need to lead the way.

Ace smiled and nodded. He let hunt take off before opening his own wings. He shook them out before taking off and following after Hunt. He looked around them as they flew, staying a bit closer to hunt than normal but still far enough away where they wouldn’t affect each other’s flying.

Hunt stayed up there waiting for him to join before heading towards the park, keeping an eye out of course just in case. Nothing had attacked them for the past few days though so that was good.

Ace smiled a bit at him. He looked around carefully as they flew, opting to be extra cautious after how much had happened to them lately. He flew after Hunt as they headed to join the others at the water. “What’ll happen if I shove you into the water?” He asked Hunt teasingly, talking pretty loud so they could hear one another.

"Then your ass is getting dragged in there with me," Hunt replied, simply and was a small chuckle, glancing back at him with a grin on his face.

“But what if I can’t swim?! You gonna keep me from drowning then?” Ace asked teasingly, smiling brightly at him. He kept flying as they neared the lake.

"Sure, I'll keep hold of ya," Hunt replied with a chuckle, looking down as they got close to the lake. He started going downwards so they could land, already able to see the kids playing.

Ace smiled and nodded, thanking him. He followed him down and landed easily, folding his wings back behind him. “Well that’s good. It would suck to drown..”

Hunt landed easily as well, watching as Ace came down too to make sure he landed alright.
"Of course, I wouldn't let you drown," he said, nudging his shoulder slightly with his own before coming closer to the rest of them.

Hailey glanced with when she heard the two boys, glad that they made their way over here. She was getting a little worried, though not enough to make her wanna search the whole woods for them.

Ace smiled gently. “Good. Cause I’d come back to haunt you.” He teased. He followed him over to the others, glancing at Hailey and making sure she wasn’t too worried about them. They’d been perfectly fine on their own.

Faye glanced over as well but went back to the washing when she saw it was just hunt and ace and they looked to be perfectly fine.

"Oh no I'm so scared," Hunt said, looking at where Victor and Cass were playing together and he went right over with them.

Zar noticed how Hunt went over to them so she figured she didn't need to be on watching duty anymore. So she returned back over to where Hailey and Faye were washing the clothes, sitting down beside Faye.
"I can help," she offered.

Ace rolled his eyes and followed him. “Ya never know. I could make the walls bleed or all sorts of creepy stuff.” He commented with a smile, quieting down a bit so he wouldn’t accidentally freak the younger kids out.

Faye glanced at her and shook her head. “You could. But you’ve helped a lot and it’s your turn to be lazy or just have some fun.” She told her softly, lightly flicking a bit of water at her.

Zar bit her lip when she said she didn't need to, glancing at Hailey who motioned to Faye to say so she was right. They had it. So she decided to just settle, staying next to Faye though since, well, she wasn't exactly a playful person.

Ace smiled at him. He joined in with playing with the younger kids, staying near hunt.

Faye smiled a bit at her. “We’re nearly done anyways. Then I can be lazy with you.” She assured softly, glancing at her before continuing to wash the last bit of clothes they had left. “How much longer till nick will be back do you think?” She asked Hailey.

Hailey was working on getting a stain out of one of Hunt's shirts when Faye asked, looking up at the sky to try and determine how much time had passed.
"Not too much longer I would imagine. He should be on his way back by now, or just getting back," she replied, adding,"The list wasn't super long so as long as nothing stopped him."

Faye nodded slightly. “Alright.” She agreed softly, hoping nothing had delayed nick or anything. The last thing needed was to lose or have to rescue one of their own again. It had been risky enough the last time.

Hailey nodded, getting finished with her last shirt before straightening up. Her headache was still there, but it was no longer as intense as it has been originally, which was good.

Faye finished the last of the pile of clothes she had and laid them out to dry. She smiled over at Zar. “are you gonna get in the water?” She asked faintly, standing up and stretching.

Zar watched as Faye got up and she heard her question, thinking about it for a moment.
"Are you going to?" she asked. If Faye was gonna go...then she would go too, actually quite enjoying swimming.

Faye shrugged. "probably, why not?" She answered. "It's nice out and the water is warm, not freezing cold." She added, looking over at her. She wouldn't mind if Zar didn't join her but figured she would at least offer.

"Sure, I'll go in with you," Zar replied, standing up from her spot and glancing at Hailey, wondering if she was gonna go as well.

Hailey caught the look and shook her head quickly.
"Nope I'm good, just gonna hang up these clothes to dry. Go have fun," she said. She was not a fan of water, especially considering she didn't know how to swim. There had been one incident years ago with her and Nick, she had nearly drowned in the ocean they had decided to visit. Since then she didn't exactly swim for fun.

Zar blinked at her for a moment, wondering what she could say to get Hailey to at least try it out. But she understood why she would be cautious of it, almost drowning a few years back and what not. So she just nodded her head and took off most of her clothes, leaving her in her panties, a tank top and bra.

Faye smiled a bit and nodded. "Okay." She didn't bother asking Hailey, knowing she'd stay out of the water. She slipped off her shoes and ran a hand through her hair, glancing to the boys to see if they might want to swim too though they seemed occupied with the younger kids. She looked back to Zar. "Nick can probably convince her to join us later."

Zar nodded to her words, thinking that was a possibility. The two of them were always wound up so tight, it would be nice if they joined in the fun sometimes too. Going over to the lake, she put her foot in slightly to see if it was really cold, which it wasn't, just like Faye had said. So she went on ahead in, the shallowest part of the water right on the edge reaching her waist so it was a decently deep lake.

Faye smiled and shrugged, following after Zar into the water. She dunked her head down under the water for a moment before resurfacing beside her. She smiled a bit and moved to go a bit deeper, staying close to Zar just in case.

Zar waited for Faye to get in before she went deeper, herself, going no more than 10 steps before it dipped down to the point that she wasn't able to stand anymore. But that was fine, she knew how to swim. She just treaded water where she was, glancing over to look at the kids and the guys, who seemed to notice they were swimming and the kids were currently trying to drag the guys over to join them.
