Ace pressed himself close to hunt, moving his hand from his cheek to gently tangle in his hair, just wanting to be as close as he could. He deepened the kiss gently, still a bit hesitant about that but it wasn’t like they were doing anything more than kissing.

Okay, Hunt really liked the feeling of his hands in his hair. Like....really liked that. He sighed softly against his lips again and took it further, moving his tongue forward and licking Ace's bottom lip gently. He totally understood if Ace didn't wanna take it that far yet, they were still very new to this. But it was something that Hunt was willing to try if Ace was cool with it too.

Ace smiled slightly against his lips. He felt Hunt’s tongue and didn’t complain or pull away, gently touching hunts lip with his own. He had no clue what he was doing and if it was right or not but he knew that he really liked what Hunt was doing and didn’t want to stop kissing him.

Hunt took note that neither of them had done anything like this before, however he also knew that he had exposed himself to more stuff than this than Ace had. So the other guy probably needed a little guidance. Moving his hand to Ace's chin, he cupped it gently and moved away even so slightly from his lips, just enough that he could open his mouth a little bit. He then moved back in, pushing his tongue into his mouth as he kissed him again and just....hoped that he was okay with it.

Ace didn’t know how Hunt had figured this out so much better than he had so quickly but either way, he still liked it. He relaxed a bit and tried not to overthink it, just following Hunt’s lead and half attempting to mimic what he did, barely slipping his tongue in hunts mouth.

Hunt was glad when Ace didn't pull away in disgust or anything like that, figuring it wasn't a bad move. And he liked it too, a lot. He kissed him for a while like this, ignoring the need for air until he really needed to move away. He didn't go far when he did though, placing a few small kisses on Ace's cheeks and jawline.

Ace kept kissing him until Hunt fell away, out of breath and still a bit flushed. He smiled and pressed a few light kisses to Hunt’s jawline and neck in return, holding him close.
“Do you at least feel a bit better now? Or distracted from everything at least?” He looked up at him when he asked, hoping that this helped solve at least part of what was bothering Hunt.

"Mhhhh very much so," Hunt replied with a chuckle. Getting to make out with Ace was quick the nice distraction and he certainly didn't feel as stressed anymore. Glancing up at him, he gave the kiss of his neck a couple of small kisses before pulling back to look at him."That was okay for you? It wasn't...weird?" He was afraid of taking things too far for him.

Ace nodded to him, making s bit.
“Yes. It was okay. Much better than just okay honestly,” ace assured him, resting his hand on Hunt’s cheek. “But now you’re probably right that we need to get back soon..” he added faintly, not wanting to yet. But it had gotten even darker and if they stayed too long, Hailey would probably worry and done looking for then.

Hunt smiled, leaning into Ace's hand a little bit. Now he was the one who didn't wanna go back with the others, wanting to just stay out here all night with Ace. But he knew they needed to before Hailey hunt them down.
"Yeah, let's head back," he replied, giving Ace another small, long kiss before moving away so they could walk back.

Ace nodded, “We can slip away later for more..” He promised Hunt faintly, smiling at him. He kissed him back gently before reaching and gently taking his hand and holding it as they walked back. He only released it once they neared the campsite since he wasn’t sure about if Hunt wanted the flock to know or not.

Hunt's smile got a little wider at his words and he nodded, taking his hand back. He was silent as they headed back but it was a the comfortable kind of silent, not the super awkward feeling one. He glanced at Ace when he released his hand, not saying anything. He didn't care if the others knew, obviously he knew Hailey wouldn't care since she had been cheering the both of them on for a while, Nick didn't care about much anyways so this he probably wouldn't care about. Faye and Zar were basically lesbians anyways, Hunt wondered how the hell they weren't together yet. And the little ones, well, that was the only part that was maybe a little concerned worthy but even then, they were use to Zar and Faye so this wouldn't be too much. He thought.

Hailey looked up when she heard people coming closer, seeing it was the two of them. Hunt looked much better than he did earlier and Ace seemed pretty darn happy. She smiled at the both of them and motioned to the food she had set by both of their things, everyone else being asleep around them.

Ace wouldn’t mind if the others found out but he wasn’t sure about it being so sudden, even if nobody really cared. It was weird to have gone off together for a few when Hunt was upset and come back in a completely different mood. It wasn’t gonna really change anything though. It felt right to Ace to be with Hunt, to be close and to kiss him and everything. He went over to their stuff and sat down, thanking Hailey when he saw the food.

Hailey nodded at his thank you and turned her head to look back at the fire, wanting to keep somewhat quiet for the others. And Nick liked to wake up at the slightest noise so she was being quiet for his sake.

Hunt picked up on this and ate his food decently quiet, after moving his stuff a little bit closer to Ace's. He seemed to have his appetite back now which was a good sign.

Faye stayed up for a bit, keeping an eye on them all. The younger kids settled down pretty quickly and went to sleep along with nick who seemed to be out for a bit st least. She talked a bit with Zar but mainly just let her mind wander.

Ace smiled a bit when Hunt moved closer to him. He picked up his own food, glancing to hunt and making sure he ate too. His appetite was back and that helped ace relax a bit, knowing that Hunt would be alright, despite all the other stuff going on.

Hunt's appetite was very much back, devouring everything that Hailey had left for him. After sometime he stopped feeling bad that he needed to eat more than the others, it wasn't like it was his fault. Fast metabolism and all. Looking over at Ace, he smiled, being very comfortable now that things were okay with them. There was still other stuff on his mind, yes, but he was able to push that away for the moment.

Ace tried not to pay too much attention to hunt, trying to act normal despite wanting nothing more than to be really close to him and to kiss him again. He finished eating his food before laying back slightly on his blankets, propping himself up on his elbows. He watched the others quietly.

Hunt wanted that too, he looked over at Zar and Faye in almost jealousy seeing the blonde girl snuggling with her. Those two were so comfortable with it, it just came second nature to them. He wanted that too. He looked over when Ace shifted on his blankets and smiled to him.

Ace glanced at Hunt and raised an eyebrow, smiling a bit at him. “Hmm? Whatcha thinking?” He asked curiously, tilting his head. He stayed leaned back, getting a bit sleepy after all the work and everything they’d had to do today.

Hunt looked at him when he asked and smiled, shaking his head.
"Nothing," he replied, motioning with his head for Ace to lay down,"Why don't you go to sleep? It's been a long day after all."

Ace shrugged. “Still seems too early for that..” he answered quietly, shrugging at him. He smiled and stifled a yawn before shifting and laying on his side, facing Hunt.

"Well the kids and Zar are already knocked out, Nick looks like he is too. If you're tired, might as well yeah?" Hunt said with a shrug He watched as he laid down, giving a quick glance over towards Hailey and Faye, who he was pretty sure was still awake.

Hailey caught the glance and she smiled, turning her head away so she wasn't looking their way.

Hunt waited before he looked back at Ace, leaning down and kissing his lips gently.

Ace shrugged. “But I wanna stay up with you.” He argued faintly. He watched at Hunt looked around before leaning up to meet his lips. He kissed him happily. It would be weird if the others saw, but at the same time, he knew they wouldn’t care. Being raised in a lab meant that the normal biases that came from family and surroundings weren’t there. As far as he knew, none of them really cared about sexuality or anything. They all just stayed with who made them happy.

Ace pulled away when Hunt did, smiling up at him. He blushed a bit and glanced away, looking to the others to see if they’d been caught.

Hunt kept the kiss short and sweet, smiling back at him once he pulled away. He positioned himself so he was reclining back on his blankets and also glance to seeing anyone looked their way.

Hailey had not, she awas still looking the other way until she was sure they were done. Only then did she look back and offer them a smile before looking at the fire.

"See? I don't think they care," Hunt whispered to Ace, glad though it wasn't like he actually expected anything else.

Ace looked back to hunt and shrugged. “Maybe. It still just seems a little weird though..” he admitted softly. He knew that the odd feelings were likely because he’d never really done any of this before and had barely seen the others do anything until a couple more recent kisses between nick and Hailey.

"Yeah I guess. It'll become more normal soon I bet," Hunt replied, reaching over and rubbing his arm gently for a moment before taking his hand back. He wanted Ace to be comfortable with him, with showing affection between the two of them. It might take a little bit sure, but that was okay.

Ace shifted and gently took his hand when hunt pulled away, still wanting the contact and to be sort of close to him. Just because it was weird didn’t mean that it was a bad thing. It just took some getting used to. He smiled gently at him.

Hunt glanced at their hands but he did hold Ace's back, like he was gonna say no after all. He had been waiting years for this, for when they could actually be together like this. He was gonna take everything he could get.

Ace rubbed his hand gently and closed his eyes. “Wake me up if you need me or if anything important happens.” He said softly, smiling faintly. He yawned and curled up slightly, thankfully able to sleep anywhere without much trouble, even after everything that had happened.

"Okay. Goodnight," Hunt replied, moving closer and giving him a small kiss on the forehead. He stayed awake with Hailey, just watching Ace fall asleep and looking around the area.

Ace blushed a bit at the kiss and curled up further. He dozed off, silently hoping that this wasn’t all some weird dream. He’d be okay if the leaving the house part and all that wasn’t real but he wanted the stuff with Hunt to be. He’d wasted too much time freaking out and being wary of it.

Hunt and Hailey stayed up for a while, making small talk here and there but otherwise being quiet for the others. After some time Hunt told Hailey to go get some sleep, he would take watch. Hailey argued that she would wake Nick up soon, but Hunt wasn't hearing it. He wasn't gonna be able to get sleep tonight anyways with his mind still reeling. So after a bit of bickering back and forth, Hailey finally went down to her little makeshift bed next to Nick and laid down. She looked at his sleeping face and smiled, reaching a hand over so it was over his own and closed her eyes to try and sleep.

Nick stirred when she touched his hand. He reached and held an arm out sleepily, offering for her to come closer to snuggle. He didn’t even realize he was doing it in his groggy half asleep state.

Ace stayed asleep for a bit, holding onto hunts hand and mumbling in his sleep.

Nick was awake, sitting down by Hailey still. He glanced at Hunt at the mention of waking Hailey. “No. Just let her rest. She didn’t go to sleep until a couple ish hours ago.” He said softly, wanting to give Hailey a chance to rest. He stayed near her, having been up and wandering around until when the others started to get up.

Faye nodded in agreement with nick. “It’d be best to just let her sleep I think.” She told them. She helped Zar with the oatmeal. “But since the rest of us are up, perhaps we should start figuring out what the plan is.”

Hunt nodded at them, looking at Hailey again before over at Ace who had just woken up a little bit ago as well.
"You still look very sleepy," he teased him slightly. He had been up all night, just watching the entire time. His body felt a little tired but his mind was wide awake.

"Yeah, like should we hang around here for a day or two or get going?" Zar asked, stirring up the oatmeal for the kids and then handing them off to them.

Ace rolled his eyes. “That’s because I am very sleepy.” He Agreed, barely stifling a yawn. “So I’ll nap later..” Ace had woken up a few times off and on during the night and saw that Hunt was awake every time which concerned him a bit but he figured Hunt had just chosen to keep watch most of the night. “You could probably use a nap too.”

Nick shrugged. “I think the house is probably out for a bit since those people didn’t leave last night. But we could probably do either. Stay here or see if we can find somewhere that’s a bit better for us.” He commented, thinking about it.

Hunt chuckled softly and patted Aces shoulder gently. At his words about a nap he shook his head and smiled.
"I'm okay, really. I'll sleep good tonight," he replied.

"I think staying here for a little bit would be good," Zar said, finishing up two more oatmeal and handing them off to Ace and Hunt, of course, Hunt having the bigger portion.

"I wanna go to the park Hunt found," Victor said, taking a bite of his oatmeal afterwards,"It looks fun."

“Fair point.” Ace agreed with a shrug. He smiled a bit at him. He thanked Zar and took his food before starting to eat.

Faye nodded slightly. “Staying here will work I think. Unless we find somewhere better that we’re sure is abandoned. I’m tired of running.” She commented.

Nick nodded, listening to them. He glanced to victor and shrugged, not having been told about the park that he could recall. “Okay. We can stay here for now the. Unless we find somewhere as Faye said. And Vic, we can probably check where you guys found too.” He Agreed.

Hunt also began eating, nodding when Victor mentioned the park. He had almost forgotten about that after the time he spent with Ace last night. He still wanted to go see it.

"Yeah, sounds good to me," Zar replied, finishing up the oatmeal and handing two bowls to Nick, one for Hailey when she woke up. Then she put two more portions into two bowls for herself and Faye.

Ace nodded slightly. “Seems like a good idea after the stress of yesterday. Maybe we can just take a break and have some fun.” He Agreed.

Nick thanked Zar for the food, taking his bowl and hailey’s. He put hers by her stuff so she’d see it when she woke up before starting to eat some of his own. “We should be okay to leave our stuff here. It’s not like anyone will be around to mess with it.”

Faye slipped an arm around her absently, having her bowl in her lap so she could hold Zar while they ate. She never minded snuggling with Zar, always finding it comforting.

Nick rolled his eyes at Victor’s eagerness. “Let’s just chill for a bit this morning. We probably should get some more firewood and some of that stuff first and then we can head there for a while.” He told him.

Victor seemed maybe a little bit disappointed, but he nodded in understanding and continued to eat his food, glancing over at Hailey occasionally. It was just very weird to have her sleeping while everyone else was awake.

"How are we doing on food and supplies? Do we need more?" Hunt asked after he swallowed a mouthful of food, looking at Nick as he asked this.

Nick watched victor for a moment, making sure he was alright with that. The only other option was for them to probably split up for a bit so some could go have fun, and the others would take care of supplies. He wouldn’t mind that but it did seem better to all stick together.

He looked over at Hunt. “We’re doing alright. Not like extremely low on anything. But we probably should get more. And kinda need a bit of a plan.”

Hunt nodded and put another spoonful of food in his mouth, chewing.
"Give me a list and I can run into town super quick," he replied, reaching over for his water bottle and taking a drink. For someone that got no sleep the previous night, he actually seemed like he had decent energy.
