Ok, I didn't know that.

The 261 page count is till the end of the story, the latter pages contain "advertisement" first for books in the same series, then for other books by the author and finally a actual poster like print for his website.

It is a hardcover with the other typical book thingies on the dust jacket. Such as author information.
