Finding a book

I am looking for a book I read a few years ago. It's about a middle eastern girl who moves to America to live with her sister and brother in law. She is set to marry someone for citizenship. She ends up finding herself and breaking off the engagement. She also has a thing for this American guy who works in a coffee shop. I remember that the cover was blue and I believe it had a woman in a hijab. The book is not really a romance, because at the end she isn't with anyone; she ends in a group discussion and she is trying to get citizenship herself. Anyone know the book? I believe it came out between 2009-2016 but I'm not sure.
