How to flag sockpuppet accounts, sockpuppet votes?

I thought I remembered there was a way to flag suspicious activity on listopia lists and also to flag possible sockpuppet accounts, but now I can't seem to find a way to do that.

If I go to the profile itself, there is no flag option. And there's a way to flag a list, but not one person's vote on a list? Should I just use the general flag option?

I have one list in particular I'm thinking of. I removed the books in question for wrong genre and wrong publication date, and it looks like the person in question re-added the books and used his sockpuppets to spam the book back to the top again.

Flag the list and in the comments mention why.
