Me, again, lol! Here's the page discussion WITH spoilers! What's everyone think so far?

So now each sister has a boyfriend, and one of the two new gentlemen in town may or may not be a fugitive. Oh, and, any thoughts as to why there are no pictures of Maggie Appleton? And why does everyone always seem to want to get their hands on Maggie's papers???

Yes, about the papers. Both books so far have had something of Maggie's someone wanted to get a hold of. I'm still not sure about the charming and apparently rich former beau of Maggie's.

I keep getting confused since the sisters' names begin both begin with J LOL Which one is the good cook? The one who is dating Michael?

Joan is the cook and is dating Michael. Janet is the other one, having some sort of thing with Edward.

The Edward thing strikes me as very odd. I mean, he shows up unexpected, and apparently had a romance with Maggie that ended badly, yet they allow him to stay in their house. Plus with Michael's friend. Do you think Edward and Michael's friend know each other? Or am I reaching?

Bingo, Pghfan. Maybe they are saving some of the Maggie stuff for future installment. And that's who I thought the perp was.

Joan. Which beau seems more smarmy? Michael or Edaward?

I found the Edward thing mystifying as well. Once again, I am wrong!! lol

Edward was kind of suspicious from the start since he practically barged his way into the house even though the sisters protested. Michael seems harmless.

Okay, so I think we're all in agreement that halfway through the book we're not sure which of our gentlemen is good and which is bad....starting second discussion!
