FBI discovered that nuclear weapons were on American soil. Private jets transported them and pilots took bombs to their room. FBI agent doubted by his superior. Discovered clubhouse for a club that high ranking officials were part of was actually an extremely low frequency (elf) transmission base. The clubhouse had a lot of payed security, lush carpets, and a big dog. At one point he sees the clubhouse generator and calls up the company to discover that they produce so much more power than what clubhouse needs

Read the book in 2016 after my dad. None of us can remember the title. Guessing it is from the 21st century.
