Actually just started today. Haven't got far yet. I'm hoping to make more progress once I finish one library book I'm reading. I only have about 20 pages left so that should be soon!

I've read the 1st 4 chapters so far. How are you doing? The story's interesting and I like the idea of the different Londons. I just wonder if (view spoiler)[ white London is that bad then what is black London like? I'd like to have a peek there. I also have a theory that Kell is from black London originally and that's why he was made to forget his past. And I have a feeling Lila will get involved in all this traveling between Londons. That mysterious watch seems like it could be a catalyst 😀 (hide spoiler)]

Chapter 6

I just need to say that (view spoiler)[ Lila was starting to irritate me quite a bit with the way she handled the stone. At least she had enough sense to throw the sword away. This does not look good at all...magic taking hold of people. And obviously it's dark magic. I wonder if that's how it started in Black London too. I think the stone's somehow found its way from Black London to other worlds. (hide spoiler)]

Chapter 10.

(view spoiler)[ Hmm..it's kind of scary how easily the magic keeps spreading. Soon it will be hard to stop indeed! Lila's still irrirating me. It's like she's intentionally trying to get in trouble. Of course now she's off to rescue Kell but all that stealing for no reason is driving ne mad. Anyway, I wonder what is going on really. Is the royal family somehow involved in Kell's abduction or are the guards working for someone else? Holland did visit Rhy after all and we still don't know what happened during that meeting. I finished. On the whole I liked this book a lot. I had high expectations for it and maybe it didn't exactly meat them but I think it met them well enough ☺ (view spoiler)[ I was a bit disappointed that Astrid and Athos died because I found them and the white London the most interesting of the Londons and their rulers. And I was really looking forward to seeing black London! I wonder if Holland will really die or if he will re-emerge from black London. And after complaining about Lila in my previous posts I now must admit that I kind of grew to like her, but she can still be annoying 😁 Can't wait to read the next book! (hide spoiler)]
