How to get out of games, challenges and invites

I keep getting emails about games, challenges and invites.

I am an aide to disable veteran and I only have time to read when I go to bed or take him to his doctor appointments.

When I have a day to myself I have errands and doctor appointments myself that I need to attend with.

So please refrain from sending about games, challenges and invites. I love reading about what my friends that are reading but my time is very limited in a course of a day. I am up at 4:30 am and most night do not go to bed until 10:00 pm at night.

Pat, how do you have configured the notifications? I only receive a private message from this group (that it is converted in an email because I have configured like that) once in a week.
