So i just bought two ebooks and am debating with myself whether or not I'll have to earn them 🤗On the one hand, i never buy ebooks because I don't like them, and having to earn just two more books wouldn't change too much with the challenge anyway. And the very fact that i hate ebooks but still bought them, shows how much i wanted those books in the first place lol.
But on the other hand, I'm doing this challenge to reduce the amount of physical books i own, for space reasons, and ebooks don't affect that.
I guess I'll include them for completion's sake for now, and decide later... (particularly in case i run out of time before earning all the books, I'll definitely exclude them from the challenge at the end of the year 😝)
Once again just a little short of earning another book - only 23 pages! Would be the 7th book of the month, by the way! I don't think i have ever in my life read as much in a single month - i finished 20 books already, and still 10 days left until september begins 😱
About to earn my 9th book of the month - only 191 pages to go!
It was around 8500. I don't think I've ever read that much before!
I'm reading two big books I'm not particularly enjoying right now (house of hades - 600 pages and brisingr - 860 pages) and i can feel them making me start to dread reading.... so I'm going to put them on hold until i get back into the reading groove and start something I'm actually excited about in the meantime.
Only 2 books left to earn 😃I'm going to challenge myself to read the remaining 17 books i bought in 2018 before the end of the year! I have scheduled buddy reads for 6 of them, and 1 for january (which I'm just going to count as read for the sake of this challenge).
That leaves 10 books to finish by december 31st.

Had to scrap this challenge, as i ran into an unforeseen reading slump... Now i just want to finish my remaining 3 buddy reads for this year, and maybe a fourth book as well.
I'm doing great with audiobooks, but not so much with the physical ones...
I agree with Anni, I like your tracking method :)
