Hi Gabriela, I'd like to read East of Eden too, but it's not on the list. They picked Grapes of Wrath instead. They limited it to one book per author.

One of my colleagues had lived in Nola, loved it, did some conference papers on it as an excuse to get back to Nola. And after a couple more friends recommended it, decided it would be worth buying
