Recover data from shift delete

If the drive is not over written you can recover most of your data manually. There are 2 ways by which you can recover your deleted data. One is my using "Restore previous version method" and other is "Suing System Protection". But if your drive is over written by any other items then its becomes very difficult to recover your data so in those conditions you can use any 3rd party software to recover your data.
