add narrator to audiobook

I just added this book, and although I added Spider Robinson twice, once as author and once as narrator, it didn't take. Maybe I should have written author and narrator. Can you figure out the right way to do it?

Also, I thought I selected audiobook as format, but I must have been working too fast because format is blank. Please fix that too.

Done. You can't add the same author name twice, so yes, you have to specify a role.
