I'm glad you enjoyed the story. I think that series is a lot of fun.

I am now listening to

I may be able to get through one more than I expected this week, since I finished The Summer Children sooner than expected. I'm not sure. I'll plan to start either

I agree Lanelle, it is unusually quite for a toppler (I've done a grand total of 3 team ones! LOL.) I'm reading The Absolutist which is every bit as good as I'd heard. It is very sad. Set in and after ww1. I am about 60% through it.
My next book will depend on whether Kristie say that this on is OK dragon

I have started 2 others.

How are you all getting on?
Hello everyone! Wow, lots of books being read ;-). Sorry I am only just checking in now - work has been a bit manic to say the least.
I have been reading and was able to finish two books so far:-
for Sea Shells and
for Apple.
Will pop over to the reporting thread in a mo.
Not sure if I am going to have a chance to pick anything else up but will see how the rest of my day goes.

I'll be working in that spare room today, so I can re-start my audio of

I'm half way through my audiobook and hope to read one more on ebook. Off to see which is shortest ( lol )

I will report a bit later once I've finished the last book.

Anyway, I'm so impressed with how many books you all have read!

Yep, that's Precious.

On the bright side, I got quite a bit done today and moved around some rooms, so now I am ready for my furniture delivery tomorrow. :) Phew!

I will not have time to finish His Majesty's Dragon. I had forgotten we must stop reading today!

Thanks team mates, that was good fun and got a few titles off of my TBR!

Anyway I finished the above with 18 mins to spare and finished my listen to

To sum up my toppler week: it was a bit of a roller coaster ride for me, with all sorts of life things getting in the way of my reading (unexpected visitors, general hectic at work, missed buses and subsequent loss of reading time whilst hitch-hiking, intermittent inernet issues and general stress at home). However I did manage to read 5 books. I found 3 three star, 1 four and 1 five star read. I can use at least 4 of them for the zodiac challenge too.
We were a fairly quiet team, but got on with the reading despite the obstacles put in our way. It seems every one of us had at least one obstacle to contend with.
Well done everyone. And thanks for the excellent scorekeeping Valerie!
