I am the author of this book: Why We Fight. At the moment it is attributed to another 'Mike Martin'. I am the Mike Martin who wrote An Intimate War and Crossing the Congo. See here for details: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Mike-Martin/...
Would you be able to change it over?
Thanks
Mike
