Add New Book to Series

I'd like to add this anthology to The Bones of the Earth series (which includes The Bones of the Earth, The Three Heretics, The Blood of Before, and The Cult of the Worm). It would be volume .2 in the series.

Probably because, as an anthology of novellas, the number in the series was a bit more complicated than for a single novella.
