How to retrieve review ratings and review dates for a given book

I am interested to investigate how the review ratings for a given book changes over time, so I need to retrieve information about ratings and the rating dates for a book. Using the Goodreads API, I can retrieve the rating distribution but I cannot access the dates those ratings have been done. The only way that I can see the rating dates for a book is through review widget, which is impractical in this case. I would appreciate if you give me any suggestions on how to retrieve ratings and the rating dates for a given book.
