I thought Scribd was like Kindle Unlimited... a subscription service with ebooks/audiobooks... $9/mo

Lena Yes Iain. It’s unrelated to Library Overdrive.

I'm thinking of something else clearly lol. Whoops. There's something that starts with an S that some libraries have access to that mine doesn't. I contacted my library after bill mentioned something about it ages ago. No idea now.

That's good to hear! I'll be picking this up tonight and diving in. Although I'll probably only have time for a chapter a day or so.

Lena "Sometimes people do things to you that you can’t do anything about. You just have to survive it and move on."
Oh murderbot, you’re going to get me choked up.

Loved it! Can’t wait until August! I hope he keeps making new friends and kicking ass.

I wasn't sure I'd appreciate this one as much as the first, but I ended up loving it. Another of my stingy 5 stars goes to Murderbot. I may have to hound for early copies of the next one...

I just wish they were longer... especially given the ending... I thought I was missing a piece...

Correct me if I'm wrong, but this could've easily been just one novel separated in to parts, right? Haha stupid cash cows. I agree with the sentiment.

Everything we've read so far could have been, for sure... Intro mission, backstory mission, 3rd part, resolution...

Lundos | 392 comments I liked that every time Murberbot seems to grow as an independent, free 'person', it's both mentioned shortly and shown in it's actions afterwards. So far the development has been stringent with the story, which is one of the reasons it's so good.

I meant all 4 books as one regular sized novel.

That's a great point Lundos, I think that plays a huge role in why I'm liking it too.
