Adaptations

I'm still unclear about adaptations and whether they should be combined. I *think* they should be separated, but then I come across this:

Henry V, a graphic novel, but according to its entry at Amazon when I look at the back cover, it indicates it includes all of the original text. Therefore, not an adaptation.

I made some edits, including putting the adapter above Shakespeare, but I now think that might not be correct and should be reverted.

I realize I put this as a specific in the Policies & Practices folder, but I would like some clarification beyond this specific example. Thanks!

If it contains all of the original text, the author should be Shakespeare and it should be combined with the other regular editions. The adapter should be listed as a secondary author.
