Brennan McPherson
Rivka, you wouldn't put them together with her book because they don't self identify as part of a series with her books, don't share the art style, the same approach to adaptation, the same branding, etc.
The books linked above have no linked characters between them, no common time period, no common nation or geographic location. What ties them together is a concept, the branding, etc. And yet they're a series on Goodreads. And I think they should be. I believe it's too narrow to interpret "universe" as "geographic location" or "immediate story setting." It seems arbitrary, and negatively impacts the end user base's ability to find the books they want to read. (i.e., can't search for the series name to find all books in the series, can't easily click between books in a series, etc.)
