Puerto Rico loses power island-wide as grid collapses again

Since the hurricane Maria, the power blackout hours make it the largest blackout in US history and the second largest power poss in world history.

The grid needs to be storm proofed before the hurricane season physically starts. Right now all that is being done is getting it back on line, and it doesn't take much to knock it off line.

The hospitals and airport need alternate power systems as their emergency power systems aren't enough to do the job. That cost money they don't have to do the job right.
