Ch 18 - (view spoiler)[ I kind of glad that Cal's character didn't make it. The whole time I was reading his POV, I was reminded of that Brad Pitt movie, Snatch, where you couldn't understand a word he was saying nearly the whole movie but he was supposed to be the criminal mastermind. LOL.

I must admit, I'm intrigued about how Sam and Fergus will be put together. I can't conceive how that would work out, so it makes me even more anxious to find out. (hide spoiler)]

Ch 33 - (view spoiler)[ This budding romance between Fergus and Sam is so cute. The shit is bound to hit the fan once she finds out what he does, but I am in suspense to see how it all plays out. The rest of the plot is interesting too. It's neat that you know all the threads are going to end up tied together, but you don't know how yet. (hide spoiler)]

Ch 70 - (view spoiler)[ I'm not sure how long Fergus can dance around the truth with all the sharks circling him at this point. BTW - how f-ing stupid is Alex?? I almost feel sorry for him, but really how could he not know his wife was that psycho? (hide spoiler)]

Finished - I really enjoyed this. Maybe it was that darn Brad Pitt movie that put the idea in my head, but it played out like a film in my head as I read it. (view spoiler)[ I even liked the cheesy ending where he shows up on her door (sigh), and they end up traveling around after that (double sigh). (hide spoiler)]

Totally makes me want to go back and read the first book and find out about the previous case that they referred to toward the end.
