Well crap. Another one I have to open up and check, although I don't have anything to reference it with.
Since these errors are increasing, I wonder just how many books have errors that no one has found yet.

I've been reading the Spider-Woman Marvel Masterworks V2 and my copy has a printing error. Issue 21 is replaced with pages from issue 20 and 22. Seems to be ok from there. Anyone else have a copy? So far haven't seen anything online about it.

the new corrected printing is out. It has a new ISBN: 978-1779513977
You can also distinguish the new printing by that it has Sholly Fisch credited on the cover (while the error-printing doesn't).

Seems like some word bubbles wasn't printed correctly in issue 38.
It doesn't seem to affect every copy though (standard cover reported as not having the error) so you have to check for yourself.

Noooooooo! I had some real dread when I saw there was an unread post on this thread. Guess I'll be opening mine when it arrives. Sigh.

My DM cover copy has the error; oh well. Can anyone without the problem let me know what the messed up word bubbles are supposed to say?

Thanks Hamza, sounds good enough to me too!

I'll see if anyone else has it before adding it to the list. Thanks Johnny!

Seems to be limited since other people report not having this problem.

Thanks for the info. Checked my copy (DM cover), looked fine on these pages.

Yep, looks like more quality control issues. Nobody mentioned which printer/location this came out of.
If I'm not mistaken, I think on the reprint, they made the font/title a little bit smaller, so when you put it next to first printings of V2 and V3 it is smaller. Could have sworn I saw someone's shelf picture and it had that problem (because mine doesn't with all first printings.)
At this rate I may have to redo this thread because I'm going to run out of space.

Recently read V1, which was so inane I thought it would be a long time before I'd bother to open the shrink wrap on V2, but had to when I saw this. My copy doesn't have that error, issue 21 is complete, all pages accounted for and in the correct order, no pages from issues 20 or 22. My copy is the Direct Market variant (red dust jacket, gold foil border on front cover) that says "This printing is limited to 650 copies" on the rear. ISBN 13: 978-1-302-92737-0. First printing, according to the edition notice, "Manufactured between 8/28/2020 and 11/9/2020 by R.R. Donnelly Asia Printing Solutions, China."
Glad to hear yours was ok. I was able to get a replacement copy so it seems it wasn’t a widespread problem.

Silver Surfer is a shame. I believe they released a reprint but it had a different problem.
Despite all these errors i still haven’t gotten into the habit of opening mine and checking them…

Misplaced word bubbles in issue 19 and 23. The word bubbles are placed where they shouldn't be in the page which makes them cover art, and one word bubble is missing because of the misplacement.

Definitely check it ASAP so you can arrange a replacement. Depending on what cover you wanted they may not have a replacement.
I've added Uncanny Omni V4 to the list. I'm going to try and make comments regarding whether it is a printer problem or publisher problem (individual books or the entire run.)
