Just finished listening to the first book. Is it worth finishing the series? Does it improve at all? Like I enjoyed it (3 star book in my opinion, though I nearly gave it 2 stars because of the terrible names and meh narrator) I just can't decide if I should continue. I don't like leaving things left unfinished but I know my time listening could go elsewhere towards books more up my alley and more enjoyable. But I don't have a specific book in mind to listen to so I can't decide

Honestly if I ever finished the series it would be more because I'm curious about the rebel side of it. But it legit cracks me up that this falls under the dystopian category. I also really want to see if Aspen dies because that would be so satisfying. I hate him but I'm not sure why. XD

honestly from what i can remember:
- marlee is kicked out of the selection for dating someone and is punished publicly
- rebels attack the castle and kill the king and queen i think? i don’t remember.
- aspen becomes a castle guard and tries to get back together with america
- america starts fooling around with aspen while also falling for maxon
- maxon is torn between choosing america and another girl i forgotten her name, and when he told america he wasn’t going to marry her and left to tell the other girl that she lost, america was caught with aspen
- so maxon chooses the other girl and that’s when the rebel attack happens
- celeste and america became friends but celeste dies
- i forget how or why but maxon and america end up together
i didn’t read the fourth book so idk what happens after this
