I need to know the title of this book!

I can't remember the title of the book but I remember story. It's about a soldier who was captured with his wounded friend after their Humvee was bombed in the middle East. His friend dies days after capture but he left a letter from his wife. The Soldier is held captive for 2 years I think. Thought to be MIA or dead. He's found mistreated and tortured. Returned to the States. He goes to his friend's widow farm to recover. Suffers PTSD. Triggered by firecrackers and a Tim McGraw song he was listening to when Humvee was bombed. He forced back to duty and sent back. I think to identify his tormentors. His helicopter is shot down and his leg is cut off. He returns to the woman he fell in love with(the widow) the trauma.
