Did I miss something? Spoiler Alert!

During the examination after the brutal attack on Eve, semen was found from two different men and no trauma that would indicate she was raped.. One source was Cole but what about the other? Eve denies any other encounter but Cole. Cole frightened Roy's murderer away when he accidently shot Eve. Did I miss something?

The killer explains it when he's talking to both Eve & Kristi in the basement. He said he used The Reviver's semen to tamper with the rape kit.
