ok so rider's have to be connected with their dragons at birth so if someone makes you a rider you'll have to change her history and stuff.

YES PLEASE. I've never read the books before, so this is a tad bit confusing. Thanks :)

It just occurred to me that you will have to make her rider. The dragons cannot speak with their mouths, they communicate with their riders minds so I can't make one for you, you will have to do it yourself. A rider can be elf, human, dwarf, or urgal. If you need pictures of those I am about to post some.
