Not found on Worldcat (but not unexpected as Greek material seems to be a bit hit and miss there). Only ebook edition I have found is this one on Scribd, and I suspect it may be a fan translation as it lacks all the usual colophon or title page information: https://www.scribd.com/document/22076...
