Stanley Park is an absolutely stunning park - an urban forest and so much more! Its worth taking a couple minutes to look at some pictures trust me.

you were right as it is an island, not something on the mainland and not a city (I'm going to stay there for two weeks and I'm NOT a camper, so it has to be something with settlements :D)

yes! we're going to Korčula this summer, the whole family. we've booked a holiday home right at the sea, can't wait to lay in the sun and jump into the water, usually it's crystal clear in Croatia

I loved the time we spent in Croatia ... mostly Dubrovnik and Split. The water was so clear! And a higher salinity made it easy to "float" upright!I'll think of location and let you know when I'm ready for questions.
