Fix title and editor listing

The title should read: New Perspectives on Ancient Judaism, Vol.1-2: Religion, Literature, and Society in Ancient Israel, Formative Christianity and Judaism.

The editors are: Jacob Neusner, Peder Borgen, Ernest S. Frerichs, Richard Horsley.

(The book cover only indicates that this is "Volume 1." However, the university library catalog I consulted represents this particular subtitle as two volumes*. Perhaps someone else can sort this out better than I can.)
