Is there a sequel coming? Or is this one of those that will spawn fans to write their own. I have so many ideas. Please, Mr. Manuel, don't leave us hanging!!!

I wish he had at least fast-forwarded a few years or even a hundred years to see what had happened after all the build-up. Just a short epilogue about the world being rebuilt and the survivors repopulating Hawaii.
