Sorry I've been out of town!! I've finished a couple of books that I have to post reviews for and get points

Im reading Shadowland. Sarah said since it had the full word of "had" in it that I can use it for that! I'll get my reviews up by tonight!

Posted my two reviews. The next book I'm starting is Gathering Blue and also Walk On Earth a Stranger. Not sure where I'll fit these in!!

This is why I think we need to focus on lines at a time, so that as we are reading new lines open up further down. If we just keep on reading randomly like we are now, we're not going to have anything finished. Already 1/3 of the way through the month and no lines finished.

You can put either Gathering Blue or Walk On Earth a Stranger in the letter E spot of the work Knew on line 3. There's a different edition of Gathering Blue that will fit the spot :)

We're almost finished with line #3. Line #1 also looks like an easy one to finish since all the spots are taken and it's only 4 words. Maybe we should focus more on those 2 lines?

I am so confused by the spreadsheet as there are hardly any letters left for the lines we have, because there are so many books booked in. I just tried to find a spot for both but wasn't having any success. like I think maddies emerald atlas would be better in a word where you can use e and a, like make, and I would use a from Armageddon for where that book is. but then with me earl and the dying girl I don't want to waste letters when there are plenty there to use, like m, e, a, t, d, g.

This challenge is tough!!! I am feeling a real slump as I'm just so confused. I will continue to read, but just don't know if they will work or where to put them all.

We could change things up in the spreadsheet. Like, only add books that you're planning to read within the next week or something?

@Julienne I've been wanting to read Walk on Earth a Stranger for literally years. Would you be up for a BR?

The audiobook for Echo by Pam Munoz Ryan is amazing! :) If you're interested in it, the audiobook is the way to go.

ok so my me earl and the dying girl would complete the whole word made in line 6, but quirks you have your book there (amy and rogers epic detour). I am trying to find another spot for that as mine would complete the whole word which would be great! I wont post my completion until will clarify theres a spot for both books as I don't want to start messing with the spredsheet when I don't even fully understand it anyway haha :P

@Shae You can move it to "made" if you want. It's no problem. But I think you should go for "me" in line 2, since that's a line we're focusing on.

I am confused, as when I find a spot it’s taken and then I don’t know how to move anything to somewhere else. With last month it was an easy swap/ could bank books. This month there is a lot more thought into it. When I’m on be spreadsheet I have to keep scrolling across to see everything that’s there etc, so it gets overwhelming. Also the fact I can’t do it on my phone as well makes it hard as it means I’m doing it at work when my time is poor.

How typical is it that we would change the ss the day after I update it to see what letters are available. I wasted that time now. Not even sure if I want to do that again if people are just going to change and not update the ss.

Someone else can finish that off. Just remember when you add new books or take them away to update the word

I can’t change the colour of the words on my phone. It changes the whole word to that colour, maybe we need some other way to track it, like a whole other tab just for the words and we track the words/ letters there as well. That way we don’t have to look at the actual books etc too. I don’t know, just an idea

It doesn’t matter now as I’ve figured out how to change the colours of individual letters. It wasn’t letting me before on my phone, so I couldn’t do your letter thing that you started. I’ve now figured it out. So pink is free letters right??
