That's unfortunate. I seem to have a pretty decent rate of approval but I have been rejected for some really good ones. The one that hurt the most was

Yup go to the bottom of the page. There are four links. Sign out of each one though as you remained signed in otherwise. Sign is the same for all the sites. :)
I've gotten some read now baby books from the French site. I tried on the Japanese site as well but there weren't any books I could find that I would be able to read. :/

I found one on my Japanese site! It has no words though. :/
It has a few words on the stores though so I got to practice my Hirigana and Katakana. :)
I haven't been on NetGalley in forever. Mostly because I didn't want to request anything new until I finished the ones I have.

Fair. Looks like there's some pretty good books on there so I can understand not being able to avoid requesting ;D

I've been on for a while, just never seem to request anything. There's been a few that really interested me that I wasn't lucky enough to get though ;D
