I can add that function for you if you like c: Just pick the colours you want and I'll make the addition to the copy of the spreadsheet you made (if you have a link to it... I can't see one in your first page? XD)
It's just conditional formatting that changes the colour of the cell based on the text in it c:

The most terrifying part of it is this lovely line in the rules:
"Your team will also be awarded 100 bonus points if you can complete the whole song."
The rules state that a book can only be used for one word, so at the LEAST your team would need to complete 792 books (assuming you skipped "The" and you found a book title that would cover each word in its entirety)
...Personally I feel that if any team manages to "beat" the song they should just automatically win because holy CRAP.
