What is the name of this book??

Hello all! I have been wanting to reread this book for awhile but alas my memory is crap and I don't think I added it to my Goodreads. All I remember is the beginning of the book. There is a guy who owns a gym and he stumbles across this car parked on the street. When he looks inside the car, he noticed that there's a girl sleeping inside. He then takes her in and hires her to work at his gym and stay with him in an apartment (I think?) upstairs. They end up falling in love by the end. Thanks for your help!!
