I read the first Reckoners book, and I wouldn't exactly call the main character (can't remember his name) a cold killer, but I do have some books with characters like that.

The Shadow of the Fox trilogy has a bunch of characters that fit that description, and I love them all.
Six of Crows, too, I guess?
Those are the ones that come to mind at the moment. I have a lot more.
