Loved this when I first read it a few years ago. Jamie has such a way with words. Her descriptions are evocative and full of details that most people would miss. My review is here

Wonderful book, one of my favourite books I own. Easily 5 stars. Never been as jealous of a writer and their experiences.


Also you should check out Kathleen Jamie reading her poetry, amazing voice.
