Help! Only read a book once and can't fix multiple reads

Hi. I swear I looked in the Librarian Manual and followed the instructions but somehow, it's not working for me. I entered the hardcover edition of this book (which isn't showing up in searches yet, as I was told to expect), and somehow I entered a second read without meaning to. And I can't delete the second read, either by following the instructions or figuring it out myself (ha!). I started the book on March 14 of this year and finished on April 12. I would really appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks!
