Nik Krasno | 19850 comments It's not mandatory to interview people, read their CVs and waste your time, when you can offer a puzzle to the general public and recruit those who can solve it. FBI, MI5, Mossad and probably many more agencies use this way:

Kinda stress - free for the employer and candidates.
What do you think? Would you prefer a test or an interview?

Scout (goodreadscomscout) | 8071 comments I looked and, sorry, no downloads for me. I'd probably rather take a test than interview, though.

Nik Krasno | 19850 comments They became trendy, it seems, so watch out for FBI's or CIA's in local mass media -:)

Leonie (leonierogers) | 1579 comments Australia's ASIS also did a similar thing this year. It was an online test requiring you to solve a puzzle in order to begin and interactive experience, after which you were asked questions.

It was kind of fun to do it.

Nik Krasno | 19850 comments What's your attitude to brain teasers, as a benchmark for recruitment, exemplified here: https://theundercoverrecruiter.com/br... ?

An interview. Never did like those puzzle types of test. Having been on both side of that interview table, the kind of work I did, I needed to see their skills at communicating face to face. Have not found a substitute for that. There are moments where I wish I had a skills test I could give them on their general knowledge of legal offices.
