Picture, 'The Naked Gun (movie)' mixed with the hardboiled genre like Mickey Spillane's Mike Hammer series.

I need a reader who has some experience giving notes on story and enjoys absurd/slapstick/deadpan/surreal comedy. If you don't, this material is not for you. I'm looking for feedback on structure, character development, world-building, and dialogue.
