Janice (jamasc) | 1186 comments I've had an email discussion with the app support team and have done all the troubleshooting they suggested. They want me to do an online chat to escalate the service order. It occurred to me that I haven't done an ios update in a while and there was a notification about a new one the other day, so I'm in the process of updating that. If it still doesn't work, I'll do a live chat with them.

Janice (jamasc) | 1186 comments Thanks for the suggestion Specs. Once I updated to the latest iOS, the problem still existed. I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it, and everything is back to normal.

By the way, my device runs a lot faster on iOS 12, hope you have noticed this also!

Janice (jamasc) | 1186 comments I haven't listened to anything on my iPhone since I upgraded iOS. I usually only use my phone when I'm driving. Most of the time, I listen to audiobooks on my iPad, and it has an older version of iOS. Funny that I didn't have the problem on my iPad like I did on my iPhone.
