I did Kjohnson but I struggled with it. For me it was slow and took a long time to unwind. But that's just me!

I love The Maverick M.D. by Mary Swander - a medical thriller/biography about the life of Dr. Nick Gonzalez. He devoted his medical career to developing a nutritional-based approach to treating cancer. But the incredible success he achieves with his patients really upsets the status quo in the medical community. You'll read how after encountering open hostility, sabotage and death threats, Dr. Gonzalez risks it all to see The Gonzalez Protocol® become an accepted form of cancer treatment. Riveting!
