'The Deficit Myth: Modern Monetary Theory and the Birth of the Peoples Economy' by Stephanie Kelton, an incredibly accessible read for anyone fed up/stressed/confused by the economy!
We Are The Brennans
is coming out 8/3 and I can’t recommend it enough. Perfect for those that love a good family drama. Here’s a link to my five star review:https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
I'm reading Midnight in the Blackbird Cafe by Heather Webber and Volcano Lover by Susan Sontag both are rich in visual descriptions and magical elements.
Here’s one I could see Reese picking for her book club. The Rise of Light
Coming out next month. A link to my review:

I'm slowly working my way through Karen Marie Moning's Kingdom of Shadow and Light. I purchased the books months ago and am dreading the end to a series that I love so much! I've also got The Great Alone by Kristin Hannah sitting at about 50%. To lighten things up a bit, I'm listening to Penny Reid's Neanderthal Seeks Human on audio for walks and car trips.
Christine wrote: "I’m reading a book called The Girl With No Name by Lisa Regan"how are you liking it? I can't seem to get into it.
I am currently reading 3 very different books to soothe every mood:Meditation Visualisations For Mental Wellbeing
(for kids, but heyho)
FAIRY IN THE PHONE BOX
The Fairy In The Phone Box
Fantasy Erotica Double Pack
(very unique, entertaining and outrageous - only for the brave!)
ALLURENATRIX
Allurenatrix - Doublepack: Miss Winters first and second naughty erotic adventure
Peter Jackson's filmmaking memoir
(so inspiring and wonderful!)
EVERYTHING YOU CAN IMAGINE
Anything You Can Imagine: Peter Jackson and the Making of Middle-earth
These are my morning, lunchtime and evening reads :)
I am currently reading “Bossypants” by Tina Fey, and having a blast doing so! However, I’m about to finisg it. What should I read next? I’m between “Sick in the Head” by Judd Apatow and “Yes Please” by Amy Poehler.
