It's one of the Better Late Romance tales that features lovers who are 50+ in age. I wanted to see what the other authors have brought to this series and was not disappointed. So much fun to read! And it's a real pleasure following characters who are in my generation. Michelle Knowlden is a gift writer.

I'm on that band wagon too Darlene and Kristine. Loved those two but I just seem to love all of Backman's stuff! Anxious People, Britt-Marie was Here, A Man Called Ove.... you just can't go wrong with his subjects or his writing style!!

He's a great writer. I love his style of writing. The only one of his books I didn't love is Anxious People. I recognize it's amazing writing, but I just didn't love the characters in that one.
