Hélène Hi! I just started Half-Boold Blues by Esi Edugyanher first novel. To early to say if I like it or not! Time will tell.
Reading "Where the Crawdads Sing" now. Loving it & Kya so far. I just finished WISH YOU WELL by David Baldacci & it was the best story I have read in quite a while. Paula Brackston (anything) & Ruth Ware are also on my fav lists.
Currently listening to Vampires Like it Hot by Lynsay Sands. I have read everything she’s ever written. Definitely one of my favorite authors.
Currently reading Obesity Code by Dr. Jason Fung. I am learning a lot. I am laughing a lot, also. It is good so far, I am about halfway through.
Reading Jodi picoults new book a spark of light.. it is good but there are SO many characters very hard to follow & keep track of who is who
Aloha! I’m reading “Crazy Rich Asians.” I loved the movie and am so excited to read the trilogy story.
I'm currently reading The Great Alone and The Boy Who Was Raised as a Dog: And Other Stories from a Child Psychiatrist's Notebook--What Traumatized Children Can Teach Us about Both very good!!
Lately, I've been reading a lot of magical realism. I just finished The Snow Child by Eowyn Ivey and The Child Finder by Rene Denfeld. Both novels are fabulous and haunting and filled with different manifestations of winter and grief and loss and triumph. They're amazing. I'm also reading an anthology of Pablo Neruda's poems. He inspires me to write poetry.
I'm about to re-read The Toll Gate by Heyer for one of my book clubs. I haven't read it in years, so it'll be great revisiting it to see how I view it now versus then.
I’m currently reading Guillaume Musso “La Jeune Fille et la Nuit”. A good read.I read in English and French.
I'm finally reading Where the Crawdads Sing. I can't think of a better book with which to end 2018. The language is beautiful. It does make me feel so sad though. I'm about midway through the book.
I’m currently reading Educated, one Day in December and/et Fanny (tome 3) by Suzanne Audry. All great books.
Hello everyone. I have recently discovered Reese's Book Club x Hello Sunshine on Instagram and am new to this group. I mostly read thrillers and chic lit - yesterday I finished reading Watching You by Lisa Jewell (great read), and am now reading About Last Night by Catherine Alliott.
Sims you should check out Then She Was Gone by Lisa Jewell too! Also, if you like her writing maybe try The Broken Girls by Simone St James!Happy Reading!
A PLACE FOR US BY FATIMA FARHEEN MIRZA. It's amazing all ready. Sarah Jessica Parker (SJP) editorial director for Hogarth promoted this book about "the life of an Indian Muslim family in America and their children's search to feel whole, fulfilled, and content."
