message 1401: by Renee (new)

Renee Currently reading Barkskins by Annie Proulx I started watching the TV series on National Geographic and it is really excellent. Got me more interested in learning about that time period, colonization of New France, fille de roi, etc. This book is not my usual jam - I loooove mystery/thriller but am trying to branch out - but I'm really enjoying it so far : )
