Molokai was one my favorite books, a good epic novel! The sequel was okay, interesting to see what happened to the family.

Currently reading I started watching the TV series on National Geographic and it is really excellent. Got me more interested in learning about that time period, colonization of New France, fille de roi, etc. This book is not my usual jam - I loooove mystery/thriller but am trying to branch out - but I'm really enjoying it so far : )
